Research On The Current Situation And Implementation Path Of Junior High School Rope Skipping In Wuhua District Of Kunming City

The problem of the continual decline of the teenagers' physical constitution gradually appears in front of our eyes.The Party and the country have attached great importance to the problem of the continual decline of the teenagers' physical health.With the development of the National Sunshine Campaign and the national fitness campaign going deeper and deeper into the grass-roots level,more and more people across the country are taking part in rope skipping,and some special schools for rope skipping have sprung up in developed areas such as Beijing and Guangzhou,conditional places have set up a rope skipping association,we are on the pattern of rope skipping awareness and attention to the sport is gradually increasing.The development of rope skipping in middle school plays an obvious role in improving students' physical quality,which is not only beneficial to developing students' sports skills,but also beneficial to improving students' enthusiasm for physical exercise and having a higher interest in physical education.Now there are various kinds of competitions,such as: school rope skipping festival,district competition,city level competition,to the national finals,and even cross-border rope skipping world championships,all play a key role in the development of rope skipping.It can be seen from this that the practice of rope skipping is a correct choice in middle schools,and it is also one of the effective ways to carry out the opinions on strengthening juvenile sports and strengthening juvenile physique and the standards of Physical Education and health curriculum.In this paper,the author chooses "the research on the current situation and implementation path of rope skipping in Wuhua middle schools of Kunming city" as the topic,and based on the existing domestic and international research,this paper investigates the developing situation of rope skipping in middle schools of Wuhua district in Kunming City,and puts forward some countermeasures for further popularizing rope skipping.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper randomly selected ten schools in Wuhua district of Kunming city to investigate and analyze the current situation of rope skipping in Wuhua District.Its investigation conclusion: The current situation and implementation path of rope skipping in Wuhua Middle School of Kunming City have not reached a certain level.Only 2 of the 10 middle schools surveyed offer rope skipping in a pattern,the rest of the schools in the physical education class time will almost not be popular figure rope skipping content.According to the investigation of the middle school pe teachers in Wuhua district of Kunming City,only 2 teachers have the specialty of rope skipping.In 1993,Xi'an Normal University set up the first "rope skipping association" in China.Combined with the development time of pattern rope skipping,it shows that there are few teachers who come into contact with pattern rope skipping,teachers who knew about rope skipping were also told about it in the news,some of whom had never heard of it in college.It can be seen that the professional rope skipping teachers are quite scarce,teachers participate in the training of rope skipping.School leaders in charge should give policy support,encourage teachers to go out and train their skills to improve themselves,set up rope skipping teams and set up community activities and other measures,but the popularity of rope skipping is very high among students,for learning pattern rope skipping is full of desire,many students agree with the development of pattern rope skipping movement,fully proved in secondary schools to develop pattern rope skipping is feasible.Schools can vigorously promote the pattern of rope skipping,organize after-school interest classes,training teams,clubs,cultural festivals,etc.,in large class activities to add pattern rope skipping practice.Thus for Kunming Wuhua district middle school students figure rope skipping movement development and promotion put forward rationalization proposal.
