Investigation On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Homework Implementation Of Rope Skipping Sports In Primary Schools In Tianhe District

The implementation of the "Double Reduction" policy has further brought new opportunities for the development of school sports,created favorable conditions for the implementation of sports homework,and allowed students to have more time and opportunities to participate in physical exercise.However,under the influence of the epidemic,traditional outdoor physical exercise activities have been restricted to a certain extent,and people’s exercise methods have gradually shifted from outdoor sports to home exercise.Among them,rope skipping has the characteristics of safety,reliability,simplicity,rich content,easy evaluation,and convenient connection inside and outside the school.It is very suitable for primary school students to exercise at home.Based on previous researches,this paper conducts a comprehensive investigation on the implementation status of homework of rope skipping sports in primary schools in Tianhe District and the development of rope skipping sports activities in schools,and analyzes the existing problems,put forward development countermeasures suitable for primary school sports homework,provide useful theoretical basis and practical reference for the effective implementation and promotion of sports homework.Research methods:Mainly using the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,50 primary schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou that have carried out rope skipping sports homework were selected,and 100 teachers and 800 students and parents were selected for investigation and research.A total of 100 teachers’ questionnaires were distributed and98 were effectively received;A total of 800 questionnaires were sent out to parents,and 750 were effectively received.A total of 800 questionnaires were sent out to students,and 744 were effectively received;The questionnaire was distributed through Zhu Yueqiang famous teacher studio in Guangzhou District.Analysis conclusion:1.After the implementation of the "Double Reduction" policy,the overall implementation of homework for rope skipping sports in primary schools in Tianhe District is relatively good;government departments lack specific implementation measures and effective supervision,and some schools fail to achieve full coverage.2.Regarding the specific situation of rope skipping assignments,the arrangement is mainly based on the unified arrangement of We Chat groups,and the content is mainly based on Individual jump rope;the amount of homework needs to be improved;students have poor self-consciousness,the completion of homework is average,and the degree of parental supervision and participation is insufficient.;The supervision and evaluation of the work lacks an effective model.3.There are few styles of rope skipping activities in schools,the content of textbooks for each grade lacks effective connection,and there is still a certain gap between the implementation of intramural sports activities and homework for extramural sports and the requirements of national policies.4.By strengthening the construction of system,the integration of teaching materials and the systematic research of sports homework,it is conducive to the development and promotion of school sports rope skipping.5.Design high-quality PE homework and explore the "Internet + PE" homework mode,which is helpful to improve the supervision,management and evaluation effect of PE homework.
