The development of research tourism is in the ascendant.The attention of the tourism industry,the promotion of local education management departments and the public's market demand for research tourism have greatly promoted the development of the research tourism industry.The hardware facilities of the research base can effectively meet the needs of research tourism play Basic needs,but in terms of tourism services did not meet public expectations,exposing more research tourism service quality problems.This paper takes Jifa Agricultural Dream Kingdom as the research object,and takes the tourist perception perspective as the research entry point.Based on the tourist perception dimensions,this paper constructs a research tourism service quality evaluation model,analyzes the main problems and reasons affecting the service quality of Jifa Agricultural Dream Kingdom,and Targetedly propose corresponding improvement strategies to improve the service quality of Jifa Agricultural Dream Kingdom.First,the thesis systematically combs the research status of research tourism and service evaluation,summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of the research,systematically combs the commonly used tourism service quality evaluation models and methods,and finds the breakthrough point of this research based on this.This article lays a theoretical foundation for the research on the evaluation of tourism service quality in the Kingdom of Agricultural Dreams.Secondly,based on the SERVQUAL evaluation model to analyze the service quality of Jifa Research and study tourism service quality,the following conclusions are obtained:The service perception of Jifa Research and study service quality index of research tourists-the expectation difference is mostly negative,and the study tourism service perception and service expectation There is a big difference,and tourists' research and study tourism service quality evaluation and satisfaction are low,and the quality of research and study tourism service needs to be further improved.Finally,targeted improvement strategies are proposed for the problems and reasons that lead to the low evaluation of Jifa research tourism service quality,mainly including improving the awareness of research tourism service,strengthening the etiquette education of service personnel in Jifa scenic spots,scientific planning of research tourism infrastructure,and improving There are six aspects including the research guide commentary system,the standardization of research tourism services in Jifa scenic spots,and the improvement of the work ability of Jifa research tourism service personnel.
