As an auditory art,music can react directly with people's heart.Therefore,the most important characteristic of music is the most direct influence on people's emotional world.In the "Compulsory Education Music Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)",it also points out the importance of music emotion in teaching,which requires students to master the expression form and emotional connotation of music.The middle school stage is the key period for the healthy growth of students' body and mind.The emotional education at the present stage is a very important content.No matter which subject teachers should add emotional components in the teaching process.In this paper,the application of emotional teaching in junior high school music teaching as the research object,through the affective education psychology,theory of man's all-round development as well as the humanism as the support,through literature research,classroom observation,case analysis,investigation and interview methods such as induction,refining and in-depth analysis,provide material for the study of the paper and an example.Firstly,in the introduction part,the paper explains the source of the topic,the significance of the research,the status quo and research methods at home and abroad.Secondly,the connotation of emotion teaching is defined and the characteristics of emotion teaching are explained.Then to practice school west lake experimental school in haikou city as an example,the activities of the school,is also the focus of the article section in this chapter,through to the west lake experimental school part of the middle school students in haikou city and all the music teachers to carry out the emotional teaching related questionnaire survey and interviews,as well as in-class music to listen to more music teacher,in order to observe the teachers' teaching and students' learning,Summing up the effect of implementing emotion teaching method in junior high school music teaching,finding out its existing problems and analyzing its causes;Then around the existing problems,from the educational concept,educational functions and other aspects of the feasibility of the proposal;Finally,it gives the infiltration path of applying emotional teaching method,so as to give full play to the application of emotional teaching method in music class and improve the teaching effect.
