College teachers as a guider of student's growth,their's teaching comeptence play an important role in students' learning effects,so more and more scholars focus on the teachers' teaching effect on college students' learning outcomes,but specifically,what's influence of teachers' teaching comeptence for college students,especially undergraduates' s learning outcomes,there will be research space.Therefore,in this paper,on the basis of literature analysis,combed on the theoretical basis of teachers' teaching comeptence on undergraduate learning outcomes.using literature analysis,questionnaire,statistics analysis,carrying out the investigation including four universities in jiangxi province,discusses the present status of university teachers' teaching comeptence,undergraduate learning outcomes present situation,the teachers' teaching comeptenceof undergraduate students learning the influence degree of the outcomes.The results show that the level of teaching comeptence of college teachers is good.The scores of teaching comeptence dimension from high to low are: teaching skills,teaching attitude,teaching knowledge;Undergraduates' learning outcomes is generally good.The score of students' learning outcomes in various dimensions from high to low is as follows: value outcomes,comeptence outcomes and knowledge outcomes;There is no significant difference in learning outcomes among undergraduates of different grades and different reading volumes.While there are significant differences in learning outcomes among undergraduates with different schools,different majors,different academic results,different independent learning time,different student origin,different parents' educational background and different family economic conditions.The teaching comeptence of teachers has a significant positive influence on the learning outcomes of undergraduates and its dimensions.Teaching knowledge has a significant positive effect on undergraduate learning outcomes and its dimensions.Teaching skills have a significant positive impact on undergraduate learning outcomes and their dimensions.It is suggested that students themselves should increase their learning input,consolidate their professional knowledge and specialty knowledge,and increase knowledge outcomes.Strengthen teacher-student interaction,enhancing emotion of teacher and student,stimulating teachers' teaching passion.Teachers should uphold the awareness of lifelong learning,familiarizing themselves with teaching theories,improving their teaching knowledge and skills.Correct teaching attitude,playing a guiding role,giving students academic care and emotional support.Colleges and universities should adhere to the principle of “student-oriented”,meeting the diverse learning needs of undergraduates and improving their learning outcomes.colleges and universities should conscientiously carry out pre-service and post-service training for teachers and improve their teaching comeptence through multiple channels.The state should reform the professional title evaluation standard of “attaching importance to scientific research and neglecting teaching” and guide university teachers to fulfill their duties of teaching and educating students.
