Knowledge of element compounds is the main content of high school chemistry knowledge system,and it is the foundation and framework of chemistry learning.However,the knowledge of element compounds is vast and complex,and the knowledge points are scattered and unsystematic,which makes it difficult for students to establish effective links between knowledge,and the learning effect is unsatisfactory.Knowledge structure is the process of combining knowledge in students' minds into knowledge blocks and forming a complete knowledge structure according to the common attributes or internal relations between knowledge.The purpose of studying knowledge structure is to help students form a perfect cognitive structure in the study of element compounds knowledge,make scattered knowledge systematic,complex knowledge procedural and improve learning efficiency.This article discusses how to organize and structure the scattered elemental compound knowledge,propose corresponding teaching strategies,and conduct specific teaching practice research.The entire research process is divided into the following three parts:The first part: The paper summarizes and analyzes the research status and research trends of the knowledge structure of elemental compounds at home and abroad on the basis of reading a large number of documents.Under the guidance of constructivism theory,discipline structure theory and cognitive structure theory,this paper defines the core concepts of element compounds and knowledge structure.By using the method of questionnaires and interviews,the author investigated the current teaching status of elemental compound knowledge in high school.Based on the survey results,the difficulties of teachers and students in teaching and learning this part of knowledge are analyzed.The second part: Based on theoretical research and survey results,the author proposes teaching strategies to promote the the structuralization of element compounds knowledge in high school,which includes: Implementing unit structured teaching based on unit learning theme;Constructing structured cognitive ideas based on core concepts;Creating a driving problem chain to promote students' independent construction of knowledge;Using schematic tools to achieve structural representation of knowledge;Using structured blackboards to help students consolidate and implement knowledge.Under the guidance of the above teaching strategies,the typical elemental compounds ‘Nitrogen Cycle' and ‘Acetic Acid' are selected for teaching design,which reflects the specific application of teaching strategies in the teaching process.The third part: The unit teaching design of ‘Nitrogen Cycle' is implemented in high school chemistry class.At the end of the three class periods,the teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaire survey,interview and mind mapping.The practice has shown that the teaching effect of knowledge structured teaching is better than traditional teaching methods,which can effectively help students to build knowledge networks,improve the cognitive structure,change learning ideas and methods,and is great for learning of element compounds.Based on theoretical research and practical research,the teaching strategies proposed in this paper to promote the structuralization of element compounds knowledge in senior high schools have certain practical significance,and also provide some reference significance for front-line teachers to carry out effective teaching of elemental compounds.
