Study On The Spirit Education Of Hard Work Of Senior High School Students In Shanxi Province In The New Era

Since ancient times,hard work is an important part of the national spirit,throughout the historical process of the development of the Chinese nation.In the past,China relied on the spirit of hard struggle in various stages of revolution,construction and reform to bring up the situation of prosperity and people's security.China is now in a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To address the contradiction between the people's ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development,we still need all our members of society to rise to the challenge with the spirit of hard work.In particular,young people,as the main force in various undertakings of the country,should shoulder the heavy responsibility of the country.In China's Medium-and Long-term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025),it is clearly stipulated that the age range of young people is 14-35 years old,and that of senior high school students is roughly 15-18 years old,that is,senior high school students are in the early stage of youth.High school students in the new era are at an important historical juncture.They will be in their prime in 2020,in their prime in 2035,and still in their prime in 2050.As those who have witnessed the realization of the "two centenary goals",it is necessary and important to educate them in the spirit of arduous struggle.This paper combines theoretical analysis and empirical research,and its main content is divided into five chapters.The first chapter discusses the research background and significance,research trends at home and abroad,research contents and methods,research difficulties and innovation points.The second chapter is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis,discusses the concept of the spirit of hard struggle and analyzes the necessity and importance of training high school students with the spirit of hard struggle.Strengthen the theoretical basis of the education of the spirit of hard struggle of senior high school students and point out the basic dimensions of the spirit of hard struggle of senior high school students in the new era.The third chapter investigates the current situation of the hard working spirit of students of general high school and vocational high school in Shanxi Province,use SPSS software to analyze the data and draw a conclusion,It is found that there are some common problems in study,life,employment,home and country feelings between the two types of high school students,However,there are obvious differences in the understanding of the spirit of hard struggle,the choice of the direction of hard struggle and the expression of the will of hard struggle.The analysis of the causes of the problems mainly includes the two kinds of high school students' own separation of the pain and joy of hard struggle,the influence of external economy and culture and the network macro environment.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the general high school and vocational high school students hard struggle spirit education status.The education of the spirit of hard struggle in family,school and society of the two kinds of senior high school students shows common phenomena,but there are differences in the degree of emphasis,environment and effect of education.The causes of the problem include the incomprehensiveness of the training goal of the spirit of hard struggle,the lack of pertinence of the training content,the lack of integrity of the training mechanism and the lack of innovation of the training methods.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure analysis of strengthening the education of the spirit of hard struggle of senior high school students.In view of the causes of the problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures,such as formulating the overall goal of the education of the spirit of hard struggle,clarifying the content of the education,perfecting the educational mechanism of the spirit of hard struggle and broadening the channels of the education.The innovation of this paper lies in taking high school students as the object of hard struggle spirit education in the new era,and comparing and analyzing the commonness and difference of hard struggle spirit and education between general high school students and vocational high school students,according to the present situation,find out the problem and put forward the solution.This article has seized the new era to reiterate the hard struggle of the hot spot,from the country to the new era of youth's new requirements and expectations,in order to provide some rational thinking for the spirit of hard struggle education of senior high school students.
