With the deepening reform of intelligent education,the era of education information 2.0 arises at the historic moment.From "Internet + education" to "big data+ education",digital education is becoming the trend of education development in the new era.China's education reform needs to make active preparations to adapt to the intelligent era of big data in education.Information literacy is one of the core qualities of teachers emerging with the information age of education.In the current era of big data,data literacy,as a branch and extension of information literacy,is playing an important role.Important key high school as a student studying career transition stage,during this period of learning outcomes to a large extent determines the future life of students,students and high school teachers is an important lead a critical stage in life,so they must always keep up with the pace of The Times development,actively develop their own data literacy ability,continuously improve its ability of data,In order to better lead the students to adapt to the new situation of education,the new social era of new changes.Literacy education to accelerate the current high school teacher data,digital education to adapt to the change of situation,how to improve the national department of education,school education environment and high school teachers' personal importance of data quality,how to dig deeper into the hidden value of the education data,achieve clever apply education big data to make teaching and learning process more efficient and accurate results,And how ethical norms education data applications,etc.,are now training high school teachers,it is necessary to explore and solve the problem of the reality of the data quality of this study is aimed at these questions about the high school teachers' data literacy development,using literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,statistical analysis the present situation of the high school teacher data literacy research and to develop strategies to explore.Firstly,through the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of defining teachers' data literacy are analyzed.Literacy training related cases,by looking for data analysis and the research status of data training teachers literacy at home and abroad,trend and hotspot issues,to provide the experience of the directivity guide for this study,and then clear data for teachers in this study four dimensions defined,including data conscious attitude,data collection and analysis,data processing applications and moral ethics.Secondly,according to the understanding of previous literature and cases,and the determination of four dimensions of teachers' data literacy ability,the questionnaire items were designed and designed by ourselves,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.Taking the teachers of S Middle School in Nanchong City,Sichuan Province as the research object,this paper conducts a field survey on the current situation of data literacy of school teachers through questionnaires,and uses SPSS26.0 software to conduct a statistical analysis of the data from the questionnaire survey.The results show that the current progress of data literacy training of S Middle School teachers is still in the preliminary development stage.There are still many problems to be improved in the construction of digital environment of S Middle School,teachers' awareness of data value,educational data analysis and processing ability,and data ethics and norms.Then,according to the survey results of the current situation,from the perspectives of the country,the educational environment of the school and teachers and students,the reasons for the existing problems in the current situation of teachers' data literacy are summarized.Finally,according to the experience summary of relevant literature and cases,the data analysis of the current situation survey and the analysis results of the causes of the problems,the data literacy training strategies in this study are put forward in a targeted way,including building a digital education environment to promote the training of data awareness of teachers.Pay attention to the data literacy training of teachers,improve the ability of data collection and analysis;To create a digital teaching atmosphere and stimulate the data application power of teachers;Draw a clear line of data ethics,help teachers protect the four aspects of educational data.Through the investigation and analysis of data literacy of teachers in S Middle School in Nanchong City,this study is expected to further explore the potential of big data in the field of education and provide theoretical reference for the effective training of data literacy of high school teachers.
