| The national big data strategy was first proposed at the fifth plenary session of the18 th CPC central committee.With the advent of the era of big data and the development of education informationization,in wisdom education environment to generate huge amounts of data to form the education of a intangible asset,the value of the hidden in these data is conducive to the development of education and even the society as a whole.How to use a variety of platforms and tools to obtain valuable education data,how to correctly deal with the data and carries on the thorough reading,to improve the teaching effect,it requires teachers to have a good command of data to improve the teaching of professional quality,namely teacher data quality,it is a big data to teacher put forward under the background of the new professional requirements,is also one of the core literacy teachers under the background of big data.This paper mainly used the literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,education statistics data of high school biology teachers,want to be able to data for the large data under the background of high school biology teaching and teachers’ professional development and improvement provide some advice.First of all,based on the study of relevant literature on the basis of defining the concept of biological data subject teachers,then refining the high school biology teachers the components of data quality,data consciousness education attitude,education data acquisition ability,education data processing ability,education data communication skills and application of teaching ability;Second,by way of questionnaire survey of high school biology teachers in different provinces and cities and recycling of 234 valid questionnaires,by using the statistical software analysis it is concluded that high school biology teachers SPSS23.0 data quality of three dimensions,respectively is data,data capacity and ethics consciousness,after a series of analysis for each dimension to the results showed that the high school biology teachers overall data quality of teachers is not optimistic,between dimensions of teacher data quality has significant correlation,to improve any item will be helpful to the formation of several other,participate in related training can effectively improve the data quality of high school biology teachers;Again,combined with the survey results,this study analysis of the current high school biology teachers poor data quality existence education consciousness,quality of data acquisition,data processing ability is not strong,the application scope of data exchange,data dynamic problems such as insufficient,reason is affected by two aspects of environment and personal factors;Finally,aiming at the shortcomings of the current high school biology teachers data quality exists,this article put forward the corresponding training strategy,provide environment can be summarized as the guidance,strengthen the awareness of data,optimization of resource construction,convenient for data acquisition,to carry out professional training,learn to data processing,peer platform,strengthen the data communication,stimulating learning motivation,promote data teaching;At the same time,the education cases abroad have been contacted to confirm,and the expectation can make a detailed reference plan for the improvement of data literacy of high school biology teachers. |
