Since the new millennium,with the continuous development of China ’ s economy and science and technology,the popularization and use of electronic products,and the increasing academic burden of young students,the myopia rate of young students in China has been rising.Now our country has half of the country ’ s myopia population,adolescent myopia rate has ranked first in the world.This phenomenon has not been understood and valued by the public for a long time.At the social level,there are few publicity and education on myopia prevention.At the school level,there are almost no specialized courses to teach young students how to protect their eyesight and prevent myopia.The parents ’ attention to the myopia of young students is far less than the attention to academic performance.The incidence of myopia in young students has become a systematic and difficult problem in China.This study was carried out to investigate and study the main mission of helping adolescents prevent myopia.The concept of micro video has been concerned and studied by educators since the beginning of this century.With the vigorous development of mobile Internet in China,most young students have their own mobile phones,i Pads and other mobile devices.Watching micro-video resources on mobile devices is an important part of today ’ s young students ’ life.Almost most students spend extra-curricular time on mobile devices to consume a large number of micro-video resources provided by the Internet platform.Therefore,the design and development of public education resources to prevent myopia as the teaching theme shows its importance and practical application value.This article sorts out the existing related research on the production and application of micro-videos.Based on the previous research,it puts forward a new form of micro-video resources dedicated to the public welfare education of young people,"Micro-videos for public welfare education".In terms of its connotation and characteristics,it expounds the connection and difference between micro-videos for public welfare education and other micro-video resources,and summarizes thetheoretical basis for the production of micro-video resources for public welfareeducation.Before the production and application of micro-videos for the prevention of myopia public welfare education for young people,the author took 7th grade students of the 10 th Middle School in Nanchong City,Sichuan Province as the survey object,and conducted an investigation on the myopia status of the 7th grade students and the current status of the use of micro-videos.From the survey results,it is concluded that half of the students have myopia,and most students have insufficient knowledge about the principles of myopia and how to prevent myopia.Schools and society have insufficient efforts to promote and educate students on eye health.At the same time,the vast majority of students have the habit of using micro-videos,and students are welcome to use micro-videos to learn public welfare education knowledge,which proves that the use of public-profit education micro-videos to carry out publicity and education for youth prevention of myopia has its urgent needs And the feasibility of implementation.In the design and production of micro-videos for public welfare education,this paper proposes a design model for public welfare education micro-videos based on the general design experience of micro-video resources from the perspective of network education ecology and communication.Under the guidance of multimedia learning theory,informal learning theory and micro-learning theory,the text expression strategy and video representation strategy of micro-video design for public welfare education are proposed.Summarized the design elements of non-profit education micro-videos for publishers,recipients,non-profit education content and micro-videos.Based on these four elements,the design and development of non-profit education micro-videos are based on the text expression and video representation design strategy.Education micro video,and then proposed the specific production process of public welfare education micro video.After completing the theoretical construction of the public welfare education micro-video,this article is based on the design theory,and then uses the youth prevention as public welfare education content to design and develop the youth prevention public welfare education micro-video resources,and complete the resource production and development.Finally,the application was carried out in the seventh grade students of the tenth middle school in Nanchong City,Sichuan Province,and the students’ satisfaction with the micro-video resources and the teaching effect were investigated.The application results show that the public welfare education microvideo resources that regard the prevention of nearsightedness as educational content for young people have good publicity and education effects.Students have learned new knowledge about the principles of myopia and how to prevent myopia,and can improve young students’ ability to prevent myopia.Awareness,the application of the propaganda content in the micro-video in daily life,and the conclusion that the microvideo of the public welfare education for the prevention of myopia can be used in the propaganda and education of the prevention of myopia.
