The Impact Of Network Subculture On Youth Rule Consciousness And Its Countermeasures

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party and the state have attached great importance to the cultivation of rule consciousness.The awareness of rules is not only the lubricant to maintain the normal operation of the real society,but also the necessary prescription to guide the orderly operation of cyberspace.It is also the basic awareness that every young person should have.The Internet provides people with a free “carnival plaza”.The post-90 s and post-00 s,as Internet aborigines,actively participate in the creation and dissemination of Internet subculture.However,the network subculture has a dual nature.While fully affirming its positive role,we should also pay attention to the fact that the network subculture containing multiple values has the problem of impacting rules in the process of its creation and dissemination,which is not conducive to the formation of the youth awareness of rules.To foster youth’s consciousness rule and guide the normative development of network subculture,this article selects three network subculture,idea and practice based on the value of a particular cultural phenomenon,on the one hand to explore the reality of network impacting on youth subculture rules consciousness performance,at the same time in thinking about the cause of network impacting on youth subculture rules consciousness on the basis of the solution that is put forward.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter describes the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods,innovation points and shortcomings.The second chapter defines the concept of rules and rule consciousness and the connotation of network subculture,selects spoofing culture,“sang culture” and live broadcast culture as the research objects,and explores the relationship between network subculture and rule consciousness.The third chapter is the focus of the article,which mainly discusses deeply the three kinds of network subculture’s impact on the specific performance of youth rule consciousness.It is mainly manifested as the culture of spoof heroes and tampering with historical facts that destroys the youth’s consciousness of rules,instilling decadent ideas and advocating the “sang culture” of shirking responsibility which eliminates the youth rule consciousness.The live broadcast culture of vulgarity and falsehood,pornography and violence trample on the youth rule consciousness.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the impact of the network subculture on the rule consciousness of the youth based on the above three network subculture values and creative methods.The fifth chapter puts forward to reconstruct the thought of the consciousness from criticizing the western postmodern thought,and reconstruct the thought of rule consciousness from criticizing the western postmodern thoughts;strengthen the supervision of network subculture and create a rule-abiding atmosphere;to cultivate young people’s awareness of rules,three aspects are taken to improve their Internet media literacy and cultivate their Internet self-discipline spirit.
