With the continuous improvement of the society's quality requirements for engineering talents,the concept of international engineering education quality has gradually shifted from "conformity" to "applicability".Engineering education in various countries pays more attention to the in-depth understanding and flexible use of theoretical knowledge by technical personnel,as well as the cultivation of technical personnel's engineering practice and innovation capabilities.The transformation and improvement of the engineering education mode is the vane of technical personnel's ability training.The CDIO engineering education model is the latest achievement of international engineering education reform in recent years.CDIO is conceive,design,implement and operate.It takes the product development and operation life cycle as the carrier.It takes the life cycle of product development to operation as a carrier,and aims to provide experimenter with an engineering education that emphasizes engineering-based products and engineering processes based on the process of conceive,design,implement and operate.It is particularly important to design a software and hardware interactive measurement and control system.In order to guide experimenter in-depth understanding of the architecture and applications in engineering of the measurement and control system,master the construction method of the measurement and control system,and cultivate experimenter's problem-oriented thinking,the design of the experimental content needs to come from the engineering project and be close to the theoretical knowledge system.This subject takes the dynamic tuning gyroscope closed-loop system as a carrier to condense the complex practical engineering into the measurement and control system,simplified the design link,lowered the design threshold,developed a software and hardware interactive measurement and control system.The main research content and the priority work done are as follows:1.According to the CDIO engineering education model and the training goal of engineering talents,complete the overall design of the measurement and control system,and innovatively propose a form that combines theory and practice.Determine the design of the experimental content of the measurement and control system based on the DTG closed-loop measurement system.2.Derive the theoretical model of the DTG closed-loop system,simulate the correction network model,build DTG closed-loop measurement system model,and complete the overall design of the system simulation software.3.Design the DTG simulator and the digital circuit of measurement and control system,and develop the real-time display function of the circuit schematic diagram and the experimental content.The DTG closed-loop system is designed in the form of analog circuits.It is divided into independent circuit modules according to functions.The circuit module experiments and system closed-loop experiments are designed.Based on this,experimenters can excavate deep into the experiments and expand engineering thinking.4.Build system experiment test platform,conduct drift test,complete system reliability and stability verification,and test the function of each module according to the design concept and design goals of the experimental system.By analyzing the experimental data,an hour random drift rate experiment results all meet the theoretical value requirements of less than 0.8°/h,and the successive drift rates are 0.1944°/h and0.2148°/h,which are all less than the theoretical value of 2°/h.After the addition of the decoupling circuit,the angle deviation between the X-axis and the Y-axis is-0.1837°,and the current signal of the torque converter can restore the single-axis angular velocity signal of the X-axis or Y-axis.The circuit performance of each module meets the experimental test requirements.
