College students are an important human resource for regional development and shoulder the mission of promoting the development of the times.However,the number of college students in my country has repeatedly hit new highs,but the output of major original achievements is relatively small.In the final analysis,the level of creativity of college students is generally low and the training of innovative talents is not successful enough,which is not conducive to the long-term development of my country's higher education.development of.As university teachers,as the main guides of college students innovative behavior and innovative thinking,classroom teaching strategies are an important way to improve college students creativity.Therefore,research on how classroom teaching strategies of University teachers affect creativity,and whether the intermediary in which creative self-efficacy is established,can provide a basis for college students creativity,which is conducive to improving students creativity and training students.Quality talents promote the stable development of society and build a harmonious society.This research selects the undergraduates of S University as the research object,and conducts the investigation by random sampling.Participants were students in different disciplines from freshman to senior year.A total of 1200 questionnaires were distributed and 1171 were returned,including 967 valid questionnaires.This paper uses SPSS software to analyze the classroom teaching strategies of university teachers,students' creative self-efficacy and creativity,and constructs a matching intermediary model to investigate the overall situation of classroom teaching strategies of S University teachers,students' creative self-efficacy and creativity,the influence mechanism of classroom teaching strategies of university teachers on students' creative self-efficacy and creativity,and the judgment mechanism Whether the mediating role of creative self-efficacy is valid or not.The research results are as follows:(1)The overall level of classroom teaching strategies of University teachers is relatively high,the overall level of college students creative self-efficacy is slightly higher,and the overall level of creativity is high;(2)classroom teaching strategies of University teachers are based on gender,grade and major;(3)There is a significant difference in the sense of creative self-efficacy of college students in terms of gender;(4)There is a significant difference in gender in creativity of college students;(5)classroom teaching strategies of University teachers positively affect college students creativity;(6)The classroom teaching strategy of university teachers positively affects the creative self-efficacy of college students,and the creative self-efficacy positively promotes creativity;(7)Creative self-efficacy has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between classroom teaching strategies and creativity.In order to improve the creativity of college students,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Diversified teaching and various forms of guidance can improve students cognitive level of classroom learning.Such as improving the level of classroom teaching strategies of university teachers;enriching the forms of teaching organization to create a positive classroom atmosphere;improving the quality of classroom interaction and strengthening teacher guidance;rational use of resources,combining the external environment with personal characteristics.(2)Guide students through a variety of ways to enhance their sense of creative self-efficacy.For example,let students experience success continuously and build confidence in creation;set an example to motivate students;strengthen students' ability to withstand stress and communicate in time.(3)Differentiated management and differentiated strategies,give full play to the differences of classroom teaching strategies and creative self-efficacy,and improve the creativity motivation of college students from many aspects.
