The paper takes the primary school language teachers as the research object,and uses qualitative analysis methods to explore the characteristics of their creative teaching behaviors.At the same time,through a questionnaire survey,the primary school Chinese language teachers are researched on the relationship between creativity,ideological creativity,creative teaching efficacy and creative teaching behavior.The relationship provides a certain theoretical basis for future education research.The study first took two primary school language teachers of the fourth grade as subjects,and analyzed the differences in the creative teaching behavior of the two teachers with different genders in the Chinese language classroom.Then,questionnaires were used to select 197 elementary school language teachers from Anhui,Shandong,Henan and Hubei.The relationship between the concept of creative cultivation of elementary school Chinese teachers,creative teaching efficacy and creative teaching behavior was discussed,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Through classroom video analysis,it is found that the overall behavioral trends of the two primary language teachers are the same,andimensionsd the creative teaching behavior demonstrated by teachers can be divided into four:learning style guidance,motivating motivation,viewpoint evaluation,and encouragement.The creative teaching behavior demonstrated by teachers in the classroom is conducive to improving the students’ initiative and inspiring students’ creative performance.2.There is a significant positive correlation between the creativity of primary school language teachers,the sense of creative teaching efficacy and their creative teaching behavior.3.The creative teaching efficacy of elementary school Chinese teachers plays a role in the mediation between creativity cultivation and creative teaching behavior.
