In the context of rural revitalization,the importance of high-quality development of rural education has become increasingly prominent,become an important part of rural education.In recent years,"poor quality" and "need to be eliminated" have increasingly become the inherent labels on rural small-scale schools.Teaching mode is the actual presentation of teaching activities,which directly affects the Teaching quality.At present,New requirements have been put forward for transform of teaching methods in basic education curriculum reform that our country has been introducing.There are just a few classes and students in rural small-scale schools.But the number of students like this and the scale would be more conductive to implement the new requirements to realize the transformation of education quality.Facts show that rural small-scale schools logically have the necessary advantages to carry out the reform of teaching methods,t However,no substantial changes have taken place in classroom teaching methods,even it would face a serious slump in teaching quality.What the ecological dilemma that hinders the reform of teaching methods in rural small-scale schools is.What the reasons for the ecological dilemma are.How to exploit rural small-scale schools’ own ecological advantages to the full,to resolve the ecological dilemma.The thinking vein of this study is to truly promote teaching methods reform and improve education quality in small-scale schools.Based on this,this study will be researched and elaborated from the perspective of "Educational Ecology".Firstly,this study elaborates the theoretical basis of the ecological dilemma in the teaching method reform of rural small-scale schools teaching methods,including the definition of relevant concepts.Including the definition of relevant concepts,the explanation of basic characterization and ecological dilemma of teaching method reform.Secondly,this study conducted in-depth investigations in rural small-scale schools,through the distribution of questionnaires,interviews and classroom observations to teachers,to disclose the actual situations of current ecological dilemma of teaching method reform in this schools.Thirdly,according to the current situation investigation in the previous chapter,based on the analysis of the existing ecological dilemmas from the perspective of education ecology,the main existing ecological dilemmas are: the value-oriented ecological dilemma of falling into "a pool of stagnant water",and the teaching design trapped in the flowerpot effect Ecological dilemma,the ecological dilemma of teaching implementation that violates the principle of moderation,and the ecological dilemma of teaching evaluation that ignores the principle of niche.Subsequently,this study starts from the ecological subject,"teaching method reform of rural small-scale schools",and analyzes the ecological environment of the micro-and meso-dimensions of teaching method reform around its teaching method reforms.The limiting factors of the internal ecological environment and the limiting factors of internal ecological environment of teacher individuals.Finally,based on the analysis of limiting factors,it clarifies the strategies for resolving the ecological dilemma in teaching method reform in rural small-scale school,including: optimizing the material ecological environment,building an institutional ecological environment,creating a behavioral ecological environment and shaping a spiritual ecological environment.
