The Study On Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Small-scale Rural Schools In Santai County

As one of the major arrangements of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),rural revitalization strategy is related to the future development of rural areas,and is the key to whether China can complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in the new era.The development of rural education is the important foundation of rural revitalization.Rural small-scale schools are an important force in the development of rural education and the main focus of unbalanced and insufficient educational resources.As the "cornerstone" of rural education,they play a role in ensuring that children in remote areas can receive education equitably.The development of small rural schools is an important way to implement the Compulsory education act to ensure the nearby enrollment of rural students and the foundation to prevent the transmission of rural poverty between generations.Compulsory education,as a standard public product,should be enjoyed by everyone.However,due to the preference of national policies,the educational resources in some remote areas are limited compared with those in cities and towns.In the development of small rural schools,problems such as education quality,education funds and students are encountered.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dilemma and countermeasures of the development of rural small-scale schools.In santai village small schools as the research object,based on the theory of education theory and education fair and balanced,using literature method,questionnaire method,observation method and interview method and other research methods,field visiting survey school in five small rural schools,such as Jinyu Primary School.I find santai village small schools mainly face the shortage of infrastructure equipment in the process of development,teachers’ problems,loss of many students,lack of funding,etc,the reasons are mainly the separation of state policy system,school teachers’ ability insufficiency,the students entrance to reduce such aspects as,Furthermore,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as improving the public policy environment for the development of small rural schools in santai county,strengthening the construction of teachers and giving full play to their hematopoietic function.The innovation point of this paper is to put forward the "GBSS" form for the development of small schools in santai county,that is,the collaborative development mode of government,enterprises,high-quality schools and small schools,and put forward feasible Suggestions for the development of small schools in santai county.
