Mathematics core literacy refers to the mathematically characterized thinking quality and key competence required for the accommodation of both the development of oneself and social environment.It embodies the requirements of senior high school mathematics curriculum standards.The formation and development of mathematics core literacy are driven by the study and application of mathematics.Mathematics core literacy,an elementary literacy that facilitates the all-round development of a person,should be instilled into every link of mathematics teaching process;fundamental inequality,one of the basic and important teaching contents of senior high school mathematics,can be a valid material for the development of mathematics core literacy.Therefore,by combining the above two elements,the paper studies the teaching of fundamental inequality on the basis of mathematics core literacy using literature analysis method and case analysis method.The research is conducted through the following six parts.Part 1: Elaborate the backgrounds,the issues for study,the significance,the process and methods of this research;Part 2: Review related concepts and theories;Part 3: According to the new curriculum standards,perform textbook analysis on fundamental inequality,as well as feasibility and carrier analysis on the implementation of mathematics core literacy,suggest a carrier framework for mathematics core literacy;Part 4: Propose teaching strategy of fundamental inequality based on mathematics core literacy,then perform related teaching design and corresponding analysis;Part 5: Take samples from the monthly exam results of 2 classes for correlation test,design the comparative experiment.By analyzing the overall performance of the two classes and the proportion of students who reach the pass line at each level,test the effectiveness of the fundamental inequality teaching based on mathematics core literacy;Part 6: Draw conclusions and refection.
