With the deepening of the basic education curriculum reform,the term "core literacy" has gradually entered the public's field of vision and has become a hot issue in educational research.Implementing the cultivation of students' core literacy in education and teaching is the trend of education reform in the era of big data.On the one hand,it is conducive to comprehensively promoting quality education in China,on the other hand,it is also conducive to improving the quality of education and cultivating people with all-round development.As far as elementary school mathematics is concerned,as a basic subject of school education,mathematics plays an important role in training students' scientific spirit and logical thinking.Therefore,the positive role played by mathematics literacy in cultivating people is self-evident.The core literacy of mathematics is refined and penetrated into the teacher's teaching design is an effective way to cultivate students'mathematical literacy.Based on the analysis of core literacy and core literacy,this study builds the core literacy of primary school mathematics from three levels based on the ten key words proposed in the "New Curriculum Standards",and combines the theory and framework of mathematics teaching design.An instructional design framework based on mathematical core literacy,and it consists of three systems.Then take the "small number multiplication" unit teaching design as an example,using survey research,teacher-student interview,classroom observation and other methods,from the teaching content,teaching process,teaching objectives,teaching evaluation,teaching design,to serve the core literacy of primary school students to cultivate.Through the implementation and reflection of instructional design,it is found that there are problems in the teaching design,such as concentrated activities,intuition is not strong,and the status of students is neglected.It is concluded that the mathematics teaching design based on the core of mathematics should be improved from the following five aspects:Problem situation,cultivate awareness of mathematics application;advocate multiple teaching methods,cultivate learning ability;strengthen mathematics culture,cultivate mathematics thought method;pay attention to practice inquiry,cultivate inquiry spirit;encourage students to ask questions and cultivate doubt spirit.
