| Objective:Developing an evaluation index system of undergraduates’ online learner characteristics and determine the relative weight of each indicator at all levels.Methods:During the literature review,the framework and indicators of undergraduates’online learning characteristics evaluation index system were preliminarily constructed by Searching database and website all over the world.then modify and improve learners’characteristics indicators through focused group.next conduct Delphi expert consultation collect expert opinions and other suggestions,revise evaluation indicators until expert opinions reach a consensus,the expert positive coefficient,authority coefficient,coordination degree and index importance value and variation coefficient were calculated.Consequently,the evaluation index system of undergraduates’ online learning characteristic was developed.Finally,the relative weights of indicators at all levels were calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process.Data was entered by Epidata 3.1 software,SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis,significant level α=0.05,YAAHP software was used for relative weights analysis.Results:After two rounds of consultation,expert opinions gradually reached a consensus.The positive coefficients of the two rounds consultation were 93.33%and 100%respectively,and the authority coefficients were both above 0.7,and the opinion coordination coefficient rose from 0.215 to 0.417.In the first round of consultation,basic information,learning styles and learning preferences are less important and have a higher coefficient of variation.In the second round of consultation,only basic information is less important and has a higher coefficient of variation,other indicators’ importance was all more than 4 and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.25.the relative weights of the first-level indicators are:basic information(0.0277),cognitive ability(0.3405),knowledge state(0.1131),learning network(0.0574),learning motivation(0.2378),learning engagement and experience(0.1315),learning style(0.0921).Conclusion:Domestic and foreign regulation fail to fully consider the psychological characteristics of learners.And domestic and foreign studies construct learner characteristics evaluation index systems from the aspects of knowledge state,cognitive ability,learning style,etc.,which are not sufficient to fully describe learner characteristics.This research has constructed the Evaluation Index System of Undergraduates’ Online Learning Characteristics containing 7 primary indicators including basic information,cognitive ability,knowledge status,learning network,learning motivation,learning input and experience,learning style,and 22 secondary indicators including internal motivation,inductive reasoning ability,and learning input.In the evaluation index system,the relative weights of cognitive ability,learning motivation first-level indicators and inductive reasoning ability,analysis ability,learning input second-level indicators are relatively high.Activities such as online learning and online course design should fully consider learner characteristics,provide personalized services that adapt to learners’ individual characteristics,and ultimately improve online learning effects and promote the development of online education. |
