In "General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",the editor put forward the concept of theme teaching through the presentation of the monotonic theme teaching design of case 36.The teaching method advocates a holistic view of teaching,grasping the content of the course from the overall perspective,and constructing the theme.Through the overall design of the subject content,promote the development of students' core literacy in mathematics.This is due to the fact that ordinary lesson teaching tends to separate students' knowledge and is not conducive to the shortcomings of students forming a complete knowledge chain and structural system.Thematic teaching can make up for this shortcoming,so that teachers and students can look at knowledge and grasp the knowledge as a whole.The whole main line of probability in middle school is highly correlated,but there are still few people doing research on the subject of probability.This article first uses the method of literature review to clarify the differences between the definitions of different subject teaching concepts,and defines the subject teaching of this article,that is,a teacher actively explores and analyzes the teaching content from a broader perspective,so as to grasp the chapter structure and the logical relationship of each knowledge point,and then realize the teaching mode required by the subject.Then through surveys and interviews,we understand the current situation of probabilitylesson teaching,and point out its shortcomings,that is,it is not conducive to students' overall understanding of the main lines and chapters of knowledge.The reasons for the deficiencies are analyzed,including: teachers are not sufficiently charged with professional knowledge in probability;not enough attention is paid to the concept formation process;not enough attention is paid to the application of probability in life.In view of the existing problems,through the thematic teaching method,the content and structure of the high school probability knowledge are analyzed,and the strategy of designing the theme teaching is obtained.Finally,taking section 10.1 in the high school probability chapter as an example,three thematic teaching designs have been completed.Among them,the design intent based on the theme design is explained for the important links in the teaching process.
