The communication between teachers and students is an ever-changing topic.It is an important medium for teachers and students to contact and grow together.At the same time,as a crucial interpersonal relationship in education and teaching activities,teacher-student communication is fluid and sensitive.With the rapid development of "Internet +" era,advanced science and technology are constantly changing the traditional way of education and teaching.The traditional idea of respecting teachers and respecting principles has been gradually broken,and the conflicting teacher-student relationship has been pushed to the cusp of public opinion.At the same time,with the increase in divorce rates in rural areas,the number of students from divorced families is rising rapidly,which puts forward higher requirements for the interaction between teachers and students.At present,most of the relevant researches on teacher-student communication take all teachers and students as research objects,and the researches on rural teachers and junior high school students from divorced families are relatively weak,which gives rise to the author's thinking.This study takes L Middle School as an example to examine the communication between rural teachers and junior high school students from divorced families.By using qualitative research methods,9 junior high school students from divorced families and 15 teachers were interviewed and observed to deeply analyze the difficulties in the communication between teachers and students.The results show that the purpose of teachers' communication is utilitarian under the background of exam-oriented education.The communication content around knowledge and behavior is far away from the living world;The status of both parties is unequal and the intersubjectivity is lacking.The failure of communication language deepens the communication gap between teachers and students.The root cause is the formation of the dilemma of teacher-student communication is the result of the interweaving and joint action of various forces.The collision of traditional culture and modern thought intensifies the prevalence of utilitarianism in teacher-student interaction.In addition,under the influence of the habitus in the school field,teachers and students are gradually moving away from each other in the mutual construction,which deviates from the original intention of teacher-student communication.According to the essence of communication theory,this paper focuses on the analysis of interview data,explores the strategies of constructing harmonious teacher-student communication,attaches importance to multi-level and multi-angle guidance,enhances the effect of communication language,and creates a good communication atmosphere.The communication content returns to the life world and pays attention to the growth process of students;Seek the consciousness of teachers and students and create the interaction of multiple roles;More importantly,teachers should devote themselves to emotional care,and express the love and responsibility of students from divorced families from their heartsIn the reflection part,from the perspective of students from divorced families,the humanistic care that students really need is discussed,the changes in teacher-student interaction in L school is summarized,and then the value is questioned back to the starting point of this study.
