With the rapid development of information and intelligent education,China is in a new era of education reform,which brings unprecedented challenges and new hopes to education.In particular,multi-disciplinary integration of STEM teaching is the focus and new trend of current education reform.Although STEM courses have been mentioned for a long time,STEM in China is still in its infancy,and the traditional way of thinking cannot meet the new requirements of the new era on education.There are still problems in the integration of disciplines in STEM,such as students' low sense of self-efficacy,lack of confidence,low self-control and fixed thinking.On the basis of educational technology such as computer technology,a new way of thinking is needed to deal with it.Growth thinking is a kind of progressive thinking,and thinking is regarded as continuous growth,which is the new progress of modern thinking mode.How to make better use of growth thinking on this basis is the key to the success of the course.This study mainly explores how to combine growth thinking with teaching in computer education under the general trend of STEM education,so as to improve students' growth thinking level,solve problems existing in STEM,and improve classroom teaching effect.On the analysis of the summary of this research in STEM education on the basis of present situation and the level of growth and development,through the research on the problems existing in the teaching,according to the teaching of middle school students' level of thinking,etc.,using computer technology to the STEM teaching to improve teaching methods,teaching content innovation,proposes the STEM growth and culture under the background of education teaching mode,Pick two primary school grade five and parallel class as the research object,selecting one as STEM education under the background of growth and develop the teaching mode of the implementation of the object,from the attitude,motivation,and ability to resist setback,learning strategies and self-efficacy six dimensions to comparative analysis of two class differences in the levels of growth and work performance difference,verify that the model is valid.The findings are as follows :(1)Currently,there are many problems in STEM education,such as students' fixed thinking,students' low learning enthusiasm,low initiative,low self-control,low self-efficacy,single STEM teaching mode and low teaching enthusiasm of teachers.(2)Constructed a teaching model for the cultivation of growth thinking in STEM education.Through the application in computer programming education,it was found that the growth thinking level of students was effectively improved,the classroom effect was effectively improved,and problems in STEM education were effectively alleviated.The application of the model established a good relationship between teachers and students.(3)Based on the analysis of the application effect of growth thinking training mode,this study puts forward suggestions to improve teachers' growth thinking level and apply the teaching mode of growth thinking training to the classroom.
