Background: With the development of society and technology,mobile phones have become an indispensable part of people’s lives.This new type of media tool is like a double-edged sword,which brings great convenience to people and inevitably brings some negative effects.Mobile phone dependence has become another hot topic of research after Internet addiction,especially for adolescents who are in a critical period of their lives,if the mobile phone is used improperly,it is easy to cause mobile phone dependence.As a special group in the Chinese youth education system,secondary vocational students are an important source of technical and technical talents in our country.How to avoid the physical and mental harm caused by mobile phone dependence to secondary vocational students,it has important realistic meanings to prevent the mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational students.Objective: Based on the existing research,this paper analyzes the current situation of secondary vocational school students’ mobile phone dependence,and the relationship between secondary vocational school students’ mobile phone dependence and parental rearing style,time management disposition.And self-edited group counseling program for secondary vocational students,explore the effect of group counseling in reducing the mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational students,and finally put forward relevant suggestions from an educational perspective.Methods: This study takes 554 secondary vocational students from a vocational high school in Qingdao City,Shandong Province as the research object,and is mainly divided into two studies: The first research utilize “Self-assessment questionnaire on mobile phone use dependence of adolescents”,“ Simplified Parenting Style Scale”,and “Adolescents Time Management Disposition S” to conduct a questionnaire survey.The second study selected20 subjects who met the experimental conditions and divided them into an experimental group and a control group,conduct group counseling intervention on 10 subjects in the experimental group and no intervention for 10 subjects in the control group,The experiment is divided into pre-test,post-test and follow-up testing,differential test with SPSS 20.0.Results:1.The average score of mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational students is2.04,and the overall situation is at the middle and lower level,the overall situation belongs to the lower middle level.2.There are significant differences in the demographic variables of grades in the mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational students.Specifically,the dimension of withdrawal symptoms is significantly higher in the first grade than in the third grade(p<0.01),in the physical and mental impact dimension,the first grade is significantly greater than the second grade(p<0.05),there is no difference in gender,origin and only child.3.There are significant correlations among secondary vocational students’ mobile phone dependence,parental rearing style,and time management tendency.The emotional warmth of father and mother of secondary vocational students are significantly negatively correlated with the mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational students(p<0.05),The refusal of the father and the mother of the secondary vocational students are significantly positively correlated with the mobile phone dependence of the secondary vocational students(p<0.01),The over-protection of the father and mother of the secondary vocational students are significantly positively correlated with the mobile phone dependence of the secondary vocational students(p<0.01),the time management tendency and various dimensions of the secondary vocational students are significantly negatively correlated with the mobile phone dependence of the secondary vocational students(p<0.01).4.The time management tendency of secondary vocational students has a mediating effect between the parents’ mobile phone dependence and parental rearing styles of secondary vocational students,Time management tendency is a partial mediating effect in the dimensions of parental warmth and parental rejection,in the dimension of parental over protection,it is a complete mediating effect.5.Group counseling intervention had a significant effect on reducing the mobile phone dependence behavior of secondary vocational school students(p<0.001),After tracking for1 month,the intervention effect showed a downward trend over time.Conclusion: The overall detection rate of mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational school students is in the lower middle level.Moreover,parental rearing patterns and time management disposition of secondary vocational school students have a significant impact on their mobile phone dependence,and the secondary vocational school students who grow up and have high time management ability have less problems of mobile phone dependence.From the perspective of education,the relevant education departments should pay more attention to the phenomenon of secondary vocational students’ mobile phone dependence,and adopt relevant policies to deal with the problem of secondary vocational students’ mobile phone dependence.School and family are two very important micro systems.Schools should offer courses to improve the time management ability of secondary vocational school students,and communicate with parents in time.Parents need to adjust their parenting style to promote the harmonious development of parent-child relationship.Both of them should jointly deal with the problem of secondary vocational school students’ mobile phone dependence.
