Education has always been the focus of attention.In 2020,nearly 10 billion investment funds flowed to education enterprises.All major institutions want to occupy a place in the education market due to competition and incentive.With the continuous maturity of market competition,the running mode and corporate governance mode of private training schools have gradually become obvious.Nevertheless,with the increasingly intense competition of the market,enterprises still need to improve the management level.There are some differences between private education enterprises and public education enterprises,so we cannot blindly follow the management system of teachers in public education enterp rises.In recent years,the loss rate of teachers in private education enterprises is increasing year by year.The reason is that there are some problems in the performance evaluation system of private educational institutions.This paper takes XQ foreign language school as the research object.Firstly,the performance evaluation and balanced scorecard and other related theories are briefly reviewed.Then it gives a brief introduction to XQ foreign language school and the performance evaluation system for teachers.Then the paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance evaluation system of XQ foreign language school.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the school performance evaluation system.Combined with document,this essay sums up the accounts of the problems.Secondly,according to the development strategy of XQ foreign language school and its own situation,this paper sets up the corresponding indicators of the balanced scorecard and calculates the corresponding weight of the corresp onding indicators.Based on the original four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,this paper adds a specific dimensions of for-profit education enterprises,which is more conducive to the development of this type of enterprises.After the establishment o f the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,according to the actual business situation and school running mode of XQ foreign language school,four to five secondary indicators are set up for each dimension,and the scoring method of the secondary indicators is explained in detail.The weight of each dimension and the weight of the indicators in each dimension are determined.Then a complete performance evaluation system improvement program is established.Finally,in order to ensure the improvement scheme of performance evaluation system based on Balanced Scorecard in XQ foreign language school can be guaranteed and implemented,the corresponding implementation scheme and guarantee measures are set up.
