With the deepening reform of Education System in private education and training industry,the degree of marketization is getting higher and higher,which provides a good market environment for the development of private education and training industry.At present,most of the education and training institutions have not established a complete performance evaluation system,only a simple personnel evaluation program,which results in disjunction with the strategic objectives of the enterprise,and lacks a correct understanding of performance evaluation.Scientific performance evaluation system is helpful to improve the level of enterprise management and achieve strategic goals.Using the Balanced Scorecard to establish the performance evaluation system,we can combine the strategic objectives and performance evaluation,comprehensively consider the financial indicators and non-financial indicators,and promote the rapid development of enterprises.In this paper,taking S education and training institution as an example,by analyzing the Balanced Scorecard and related theories,referring to the research results at home and abroad,and combining the current situation and existing problems of S education and training institution,a performance evaluation system based on four dimensions of balanced scorecard is established.Firstly,the strategic objectives of the organization are subdivided into performance evaluation indexes through the strategic map,and the performance evaluation index system is established;secondly,the performance evaluation index system is assigned through the analytic hierarchy process;secondly,the performance evaluation system is established through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the scores are calculated according to the total scores and the scores of each index to find out the current organization in the performance evaluation;Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures for S education and training institution to implement the new performance evaluation system.The research shows that the performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard can improve and enrich the traditional performance evaluation methods of S education and training institution,and combine the characteristics of education and training industry and the strategic objectives of enterprises,improve the management level of enterprises,and promote the rapid development of enterprises.The promotion and application of Balanced Scorecard in education and training industry can provide reference for performance evaluation of other enterprises.
