Off-campus training institutions,ie individuals or social organizations other than government departments,are run by non-financial capital to serve the private education organizations that provide primary and secondary school students with non-degree education curriculum guidance.It is a strong support for school curriculum teaching and is aimed at satisfying students.Personalized learning needs,hobbies and hobbies,and improved comprehensive literacy have positive effects.However,in recent years,some of the extracurricular teaching and training institutions themselves have violated relevant laws and regulations.The government has applied a number of measures to the regulation of science education institutions,and has formed a relatively systematic and comprehensive government regulation system for off-campus training institutions.It has also gained a significant role,but some problems still need to be rectified and corrected in time.Under the background of teaching standardization,the development of training institutions outside primary and secondary schools has not only theoretical value,but also practical value.At present,the research on training institutions perfect.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the status quo of training institutions outside primary and secondary schools,understands the needs of parents of primary and secondary analysis and excavation of the problem can provide a preliminary exploration for perfecting the theoretical system of government regulation of training institutions outside primary and secondary schools,and contribute to the research of relevant policy formulation.In the current policy context,this paper will summarize the research of scholars in training institutions and government regulation policies outside primary and secondary schools,and provide practical suggestions for the optimization of government regulatory policies for training institutions outside primary and secondary schools through the collection and analysis of real data.This paper takes the government regulation system of a city's off-campus training institutions as the research object,and adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods.The quantitative research mainly takes the form of questionnaire interview,and passes the parents of primary and middle school students and the heads of training institutions outside the primary and secondary schools.Questionnaires of administrative staff and teaching staff,collect research data,and through in-depth analysis of data,understand the needs of primary and secondary school students and parents,the status quo of training market outside primary and secondary schools,the status quo of government regulation and existing problems.The qualitative research method is to adopt literature research and in-depth interviews.On the one hand,it sorts out the relevant policies and research of training institutions
