"Women can hold up half of the sky" was once used to describe the women's liberation movement under the leadership of the party. The achievements of women in the public sphere and universal participation in employment. However, not only are women workers in township enterprises absent from the political discourse of the country's "half the sky",they have never attached importance to the value they play outside of family work, let alone mention the correct name. This "biased memory" is particularly prominent in women workers in township enterprises in southern Jiangsu in the 1980s and 1990s.When recalling factory work, they often have no words or even feel nothing to say,but they still have a fresh memory of the family work nested in factory work.On this basis, the question that this study focuses on is what kind of domestic labor and factory labor do female workers in township and village enterprises undertake? How do they talk about the double labor of factories and families? Is this statement of labor memory an individual's self-selection or a social structure? The object of this research is female workers in township enterprises in Kang Village,Sunan,in the 1980s and 1990s.At the beginning of the time of reform and opening up,rural family labor and factory labor were reshaped, and women assumed the dual labor of factories and families. After contracting production to households, field labor, which was once collective labor, began to become unpaid and housework, and there was a trend of feminization of agriculture. The changing rural families have put forward higher demands on the material life, and these growing family demands can be fulfilled through the continuous family work of women. At the same time, booming township and village enterprises have absorbed a large number of women's labor. The characteristics of township and village enterprises that leave the country, work, and agriculture will "factory community".The spatial proximity of the factory and the family makes the factory's labor full of flexibility, which also causes the boundary between the family and the factory to become blurred and interpenetrate..The double labor of the family and the factory is tightly nested into their bodies, giving them little opportunity to rest.Under the nesting of double labor, the labor memory of female workers is obviously biased towards family labor, and factory labor becomes a vague reference background, thus forming an unbalanced narrative landscape of "famous factory-unforgettable family".Although women workers in township and village enterprises are always trying to emphasize the hardship and fatigue they have encountered when they are talking about factory labor or domestic labor, the effect of the narrative is unbalanced.Women workers often fall into the dilemma of "no event" when they are talking about factory work. They can't talk about specific events about factory work. The emotions they convey are also abstract and nonextensive. However, female workers have invested more emotion in domestic labor nested in factory labor, and are more willing to organize and interpret the memory of family labor with the standards that are more in line with modern"events".Through the repeated narrative of the "like event" of family labor, the female worker's labor memory gained a more concrete and perceptible emotional production. The imbalance narrative under the labor nesting of female workers in township and village enterprises is actually a reorganization of memory under the joint shaping of the deceased factory labor and the family labor that continues to this day.Under the labor system of the factory, they are generally isolated in the middle and lower layers of the industry.Compared with older generation workers and male workers, female workers in township and village enterprises are an unnamed marginal group. They cannot produce factory memories that are as proud and proud as old workers and male workers."As a worker. The collective welfare of the "socialization of housework" in township and village enterprises has not lasted long, and female workers are still placed in the double burden of labor. In the division of domestic labor, the husband of a female worker not only appears to be physically absent, but also rarely provides financial support for the purchase of household equipment. However, female workers expressed a weak but positive resistance to the patriarchy by virtue of the narration of the family's labor memory.Family labor squeezed by factory labor not only gains emotional and moral value, but the value of invisible family labor is also highlighted, thus being constructed as a "visible" moral capital in family politics.no longer submerged in patriarchal families Unequal gender order.
