In 2014,the Ministry of Education released the Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Establishing Virtuous People,which advocates teaching methods such as independent learning,cooperative learning,and inquiry learning to promote students'overall development.PBL(Problem-Based Learning)is a student-centered,group-based teaching model oriented to real-life situational problems.It contains the meaning of autonomy,cooperation and inquiry,and reflects the idea of constructivism.At present,PBL has become a popular teaching method in foreign countries and is increasingly used in basic education in China,but the practice in physics teaching is still relatively limited.For junior high school physics teaching,combining PBL teaching mode and physics teaching can strengthen the connection between physics and life by creating physics situations,and promote the development of students'multifaceted abilities through problem solving.In this paper,the author bases on the theory of PBL teaching mode,designs the general process of applying PBL teaching mode for junior high school physics teaching,and chooses Change of State and Temperature for specific teaching implementation.The whole paper is divided into six parts:the first part discusses the background of this research problem,introduces the current situation of PBL research at home and abroad,and describes the purpose and significance of this paper,as well as the research method.The second part defines the concepts related to PBL and explains the theoretical basis of this paper.First,the third part discusses the difference between PBL teaching and traditional teaching and explains the theoretical significance of applying PBL teaching,and then investigates the current learning situation of students and teaching situation of teachers in junior high school through questionnaires to analyze the feasibility oIIf PBL teaching mode.In the fourth part,based on the analysis of the survey results,the general process of PBL applied to physics teaching is designed with reference to the classical model of PBL teaching mode.In the fifth part,the specific case of PBL teaching model applied to junior high school physics classroom,"Change of State and Temperature"is implemented and the results of teaching implementation are evaluated in terms of self-evaluation,analysis of test questions and interview analysis.The sixth part concludes this study,points out the limitations of this study,and provides an outlook on the subsequent research.This paper attempts to concretize the process of applying PBL teaching mode in junior high school physics teaching and carries out relevant teaching implementation.The results show that the application of PBL teaching mode in junior high school physics teaching is feasible and has positive significance for junior high school physics teaching,which is conducive to stimulating students'interest in learning physics subjects,enhancing students'awareness of asking questions and solving problems,stimulating students'desire for knowledge,and improving students'independent.It is conducive to stimulate students'interest in learning physics,enhance students'awareness of asking questions and solving problems,stimulate students'curiosity,and improve students'ability of autonomous and cooperative learning.
