Whole book reading is proposed by Mr.Ye Shengtao,who believes that Chinese reading teaching should "take the whole book as the main body,with a single short chapter as an auxiliary".Now reading the whole book has become a hot topic in the language circle,but it does not pay enough attention to the language of secondary vocational schools.The importance of the whole book reading teaching to the development of secondary vocational students is self-evident.In reality,there are some problems in the teaching of whole book reading in secondary vocational Chinese,such as lack of interest in reading,failure to master the method of whole book reading,and difficulty in combining whole book reading with their own social and professional life.Based on this,according to the local cultural characteristics of the surveyed school,the author determines the research content to be a study of the teaching mode of "interaction between life and text" in the whole book reading of secondary vocational Chinese-taking "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" as an example.This article consists of five parts.The first part mainly discusses the research reasons and significance of the subject,explains the core concepts,summarizes the relevant research results,and clarifies the research content and research methods.The second part investigates the current situation of whole-book reading teaching in secondary vocational Chinese and the students’ learning situation related to whole-book reading.The third part combines theory and practice,and analyzes the teaching of "life and text interaction" in secondary vocational Chinese whole book reading from five aspects:life education theory,symbolic interaction theory,secondary vocational Chinese curriculum standards,secondary vocational Chinese textbooks,and teaching status.basis for the model.In the fourth part,combined with the basis,taking "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" as an example,it analyzes the teaching objectives of the teaching mode of "interaction between life and text" in the whole book reading of secondary vocational Chinese,and further explores the teaching path.The path mainly includes using local cultural life resources to stimulate interest and get familiar with the content of the text;from point to surface,familiar with the content of the whole book and master the reading method;create professional communication activities to deeply grasp the connotation of the novel;from text to life,promote students’ professional ethics developing.The fifth part is to design teaching cases,and design teaching cases for the guided reading courses,push reading courses and demonstration courses under the teaching mode of "life and text interaction" in reading the whole book.
