With the advent of the era of big data,the development of education informatization at home and abroad also presents a rapid trend.In the actual classroom,teachers use more and more kinds of teaching resources,but also increasingly information.The promulgations of Biology Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools in 2017 put forward the core literacy of biology.The teaching goal is no longer just to improve academic performance,but also to include students' various intelligence and thinking abilities,which requires teachers to improve teaching methods and change the traditional classroom.With the support of HTML5 technology,classroom teaching has new possibilities.A survey of in-service teachers was conducted before the study,and the results showed that most teachers recognized the application value of HTML5 teaching resources.For high school students,"cellular respiration and photosynthesis",microscopic and abstract,can be difficult to learn.As information teaching resources,HTML5 teaching resources can concretize abstract knowledge and make students learn actively.However,currently,HTML5 is rarely applied in the field of education,and teachers do not have much understanding of this kind of teaching resources,so they have no way to search the resource application,and there is no self-produced technology.Therefore,this study tries to take the high school biology compulsory course "cellular respiration and photosynthesis" as an example to use HTML5 production tools to develop HTML5 teaching resources to help students learn relevant content,and at the same time let more teachers realize the teaching significance of HTML5 teaching resources,and guide teachers to make HTML5 teaching resources.This study consists of the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,which describes the current research background,summarizes the current situation of research literature at home and abroad,and on this basis,puts forward research questions and formulates the corresponding research technical route.The second part is a literature review,which defines the concepts related to HTML5 teaching resources.Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory,multimedia cognition theory,multiple intelligence theory and hybrid teaching theory,the principles to be followed in the development of HTML5 are clarified.The third part,based on ADDIE model,carries out HTML5 development and design,and describes in detail the specific development process,including preliminary analysis,design stage,production stage,etc.The fourth part is the practice application of HTML5 teaching resources,showing the application fragments of each teaching resource and teaching reflection.The fifth part is to evaluate the effects of HTML5 teaching resources developed,taking two classes of the same level as the research object,and setting up the experimental group and the control group.Through the questionnaire survey of students,the results show that students are generally satisfied with the interactive,effective,targeted and artistic aspects of HTML5 teaching resources,and like the HTML5 teaching resources developed in this research.According to the paper and pen test of the experimental class and the control class,it is concluded that the HTML5 teaching resources developed this time can improve students' performance and learning motivation.The sixth part is the conclusion and suggestion.The conclusion of this study is that: Based on the guidance of relevant teaching theories,the HTML5 teaching resources developed on the "i H5" platform in this study play a certain positive role in the learning process of cellular respiration and photosynthesis for students.The seventh part summarizes and prospects,and the research results are as follows: 1.Making HTML5 teaching resources should follow the principles of interaction,effectiveness,pertinence and artistry;2.Four HTML5 teaching resources matching cellular respiration and photosynthesis content;Third,it presents the detailed process of making HTML5 teaching resources on the "i H5" platform.
