Research On Cultivation Of College Students' Responsibility Spirit In The New Era

When youth rise,the country will rise,and when youth are strengthened,the country will be greatly strengthened.In the new stage of the construction of a comprehensive and modernized strong socialist country,college students,as the architect and inheritors of socialism,are entrusted with the responsibility of accomplishing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese race.It is the contemporary mission given to them by history and the objective requisite to promote their all-round personal development and realize the quality of their daily life to foster their spirit of responsibility,firm faith,and clarity in the construction of a modern and powerful socialist country and grow up to be the pillar of responsibility.This paper illustrates the definition of the spirit of taking charge and the cultivation of the spirit of take charge among college students,and the theoretical basis of the study;it clarifies that the responsibility of the spirit of take charge among new-age college students should adhere to the principles of pertinence,history,openness and development,and that the primary aspects of cultivation are the personal responsibility of consolidating struggles,the social responsibility of creating a brighter life,the state responsibility of actualizing the Chinese dream and the international responsibility of constructing a community of human destiny.The investigation shows that the cultivation process involves the rational recognition stage,the emotional nurturing stage,the sharpening of will stage and the in-depth practice stage;the main problems of cultivating the spirit of responsibility of university students in the new era are the formalism of the cultivation to varying degrees,the single cultivation approaches,the unsound mechanism of the cultivation process and the insufficient synergy of cultivation by the society,universities and families,etc.The factors of the cultivation of the newage college students' responsible spirit are: the weak awareness of the cultivation of the new-age responsible spirit,the inadequate relevance of the training of the new-age responsible spirit in colleges and universities,the adverse implications and hazards of the unfavorable social tendencies,and the inferior synergy of the society,colleges and families;the investigation brings out the channels for cultivating the spirit of responsibility by university students in the new era:enhancing the self-education ability of nurturing the spirit of responsibility by university students,strengthening the effectiveness of nurturing the spirit of responsibility by university students,enriching the practical content of nurturing the spirit of responsibility by university students and creating a good social environment for nurturing the spirit of responsibility by university students.
