Inclusive education emerged in the 1980 s.The main model of inclusive education is to integrate the content of general education and special education in the general environment,which not only maintains the diversity of children,but also respects the differences of children.With the constant improvement of inclusive education policies in China,the number of children with special needs entering ordinary primary schools for inclusive education continues to increased.The physical and mental development of special children makes them have obvious barriers to adapting to school,and there are obvious problems in learning and life in the two education stages of preschool and primary school,primary school life for special children face great challenges.Therefore,further promoting the fairness of school opportunities for special children and ordinary children,and improving the quality of special children's early childhood transition and school integration can provide practical help for the realization of inclusive education.In order to deeply reveal the factors that affect the transition of special children,and to explore effective methods for transition of special children,this research takes integrated education as the main theoretical basis,and conducts interviews,field observations,and questionnaires among teaching managers,teachers and parents.The survey analyzed the current situation of integrated education in the two-level education environment of kindergarten and primary school,and found the following problems:The implementation of the integrated education policy is not in place,and the interpretation of the policy at the implementation level is not clear;the support system for special children is not perfect,and the supporting incentive mechanism is not perfect;the construction of special education teachers is insufficient,and there is a lack of professional special education teachers and professional training;teaching management plan and evaluation system are single,the implementation of inclusive management strategy is insufficient;the multi-party cooperation mechanism has not been established,and an effective synergistic positive effect cannot be formed.After research and analysis,combined with the survey results of inclusive education for special children,the five aspects include strengthening supporting policy and institutional support,promoting the construction of teaching staff,establishing a multiteaching management model and evaluation system,creating a characteristic homeschool co-education model,and building a social force participation system.Suggestions and strategies are put forward,the effectiveness and implementation of the strategies and measures are analyzed,and suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the transition of special children.
