| Inclusive education has become the world education development trend. These years in China, it appears some major special school, and in some ordinary school they establish sepcial class or mak the special children studying in the ordinary class with other children. The development of special education was payed so much attention since of the policy of government, also there are much new chance. So the major special school should get their position of themselves, and deal with the policy and chance to serve each special child.For the relocation and transformation development of special education school, this study carried out by way of case study of issues related to research. Research use the research methods such as literature method, interview method to collect relevant research materials and through the analysis of case data of special-education schools history of development, development experience, and generalizes the problems of the development in the new period, Finally the special-education schools under the new period of relocation and transformation development Suggestions.This paper constituted by five section.Section one, introduction, first it expound the background, purpose and significance of this research, Then, the special education school location and transformation development of relevant research achievements were summarized. Finally, this study related to the core concept is defined, the research methods of this research and information collection and processing process are discussed.Section two, introduce the development histroy of this school by four periods. And summarize the experience about how to make the ordinary children and special chindren coexist, how to make it to be characteristic, how to integrate the social resources and so on.Section three, analyze the problem and reason of the schools in District X of Chengdu under the new situation now. First expounded the problem between the school and the environment oustside such as it’s twinborn school, social interaction, other ordinary school, the amount of special children and caregiver; then expounded the problem of itself such as embarrassed position, teaching venues, the amount of teachers, the professionalization of teachers. At last, find out the reason, such as the limit of the education system, lack to planning for scientific development, lack to using the social resources, lack to communicate with it’s twinborn school and so on.Section four, propose. Based on the problem and analysis, give corresponding advice to the school about reorientation to district education, student, social, teacher, patriarch/caregiver,friendly organization and so on. Farther,we also give advice to it’s develop frame of “ three parts and one centreâ€, the solution of bottleneck problem, rewriting of the develop planning,converting of the concerned party’s viewpoint, making the characteristic project routinization, expanding the service target, using the resource more efficient and so on.Section five, review.Summarize this research,and raise better expectations. |
