The Influence Of Intellectual Capital On The Performance Of Online Game Companie

As the new economy dawns,together with rapidly changing information technology and new business models,enterprises have been transformed from traditional capital-intensive enterprises to knowledge-intensive enterprises,and intellectual capital,which is gradually becoming the most important competitiveness of corporate,has also become the focus of attention and is increasingly appreciated by scientists at home and abroad.As an emerging industry based on computer technology,the online gaming sector is characterised by a high proportion of intangible assets and a core of creativity and knowledge,and is entering a period of rapid development as computers become more and more mature,with the number of users climbing and bringing considerable revenue to the country.Combined with the increasing role played by intellectual capital in enterprises and the current prosperous development and heat of online game industry,it is especially important to explore the intellectual capital in online game enterprises and the influence of the existence of intellectual capital on the performance of online game enterprises to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.Based on relevant domestic and foreign literature,this paper clarifies the research purpose and research significance,defines the concept of intelligent capital and introduces the theoretical basis of corporate performance after sorting out the research results of intelligent capital and corporate performance.The characteristics and development of the online game industry are briefly described and a case study is introduced.The basic situation of Jibit is analyzed and the company's current activities are presented through four aspects: profitability,solvency,operational capacity and development capacity with financial data.We collected relevant information,summarized the current situation and management characteristics of the intellectual capital of Jibit,and quantified the intellectual capital owned by the enterprise by using the method of intellectual capital appreciation coefficient;the factor analysis method was used to downscale the enterprise performance,and then the comprehensive performance evaluation index was used to correlate with the quantified intellectual capital to study whether there is a mutual relationship between the enterprise performance and intellectual capital of Jibit.The results of the study show that: human capital,structural capital,and intellectual capital are the most important factors.The results show that human capital,structural capital,relational capital,and intellectual capital as a whole have a positive influence on the performance of Gebit,with varying degrees of influence.The paper concludes by summarizing the experience of the case companies in managing intellectual capital and addressing the problems of intellectual capital measurement and disclosure in the current companies,and formulating feasible suggestions for the efficient use and management of intellectual capital in online game companies,which can provide a decision-making basis for optimising the administration of intellectual capital and the distribution inputs to intellectual capital.
