With the development of Internet technology and mobile technology,social media has achieved almost all-round penetration into human daily life.This ubiquitous feature makes people tired of dealing with the miscellaneous information,functions and excessive social communication on social media,which leads to the deepening of people's negative cognition of social media,which also leads to the phenomenon of s social media fatigue.With the deepening of academic research on users' use of social media,it is gradually found that users' social media fatigue is more manifested in emotional and cognitive levels than behavioral escape.Many users are still tied to social media due to use demand,relationship pressure and other factors,resulting in an increasingly contradictory phenomenon of social media use,that is,social media compulsive use: on the one hand,users deepen their negative cognition and resistance to social media,on the other hand,they indulge in social media,enjoy the demand satisfaction,efficiency and convenience brought by social media,and lose their control over themselves.Combined with the theory of perceived value,this study studies the influencing factors of social media compulsive use from the four aspects of users' needs for social value,information value,functional value and entertainment value of social media.At the same time,social media fatigue is included in the research model as a regulatory variable to explore its regulatory role in the formation of users' social media compulsive use.This study adopts the empirical research method of questionnaire survey,and 392 valid questionnaires are collected through the online channel of questionnaire star survey platform.Spss26 passed 0 and amos26 0 software analyzes 392 valid sample data collected and draws the following main conclusions:(1)college students' perception of social value,information value,functional value and entertainment value of social media will significantly and positively affect users' f social media compulsive use.In the case of social media fatigue,perceived value theory still has considerable explanatory power for users' social media use behavior,but excessive value pursuit will even lead users to become accustomed to and rely on using social media to realize their diversified needs,so they indulge in social media.(2)Social media fatigue can negatively regulate the impact of information value and functional value on social media compulsive Use.Specifically,when the level of social media fatigue is higher,users' perception of the information value and functional value of social media will be lower,and these two factors will play a weaker role in promoting the social media compulsive use.Surprisingly,social media burnout has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between social value and entertainment value on social media compulsive use.This means that only in the case of low-level social media fatigue,the information value and functional value of social media can be included in the user's evaluation system as the main driving factors of their use of media;In the case of high-level social media fatigue,people seeking to meet their social and entertainment needs is the main factor of their media use behavior,and this use behavior is more helpless in the face of the pressure of the real environment.
