The role of educational informatization construction in basic education has gradually become prominent.China's goal of becoming a modern power in 2050 urges the construction of education informatization.In order to promote the development of education informatization,China has set up "Smart Education Demonstration Area".The senior goal and pursuit of the school informatization construction in the demonstration area is the smart campus.The construction content includes five aspects: school teaching environment,digital teaching resources,campus management,campus service and information security.H city of H Province is located in Northeast China and is not included in the demonstration area.As the first stage of secondary education,junior middle school plays a connecting role in basic education.Therefore,this paper studies the information construction of junior middle school in X District of H city with the background of smart campus.This study mainly takes 28 junior middle schools in X District of H City as a whole and randomly selects 5 schools as samples.This paper studies school informatization construction and the effects of teachers' and students' information literacy on teachers' teaching efficacy and students' academic efficacy,through questionnaire survey and literature research method.From the five aspects of smart campus construction framework,this paper analyzes the current situation of information construction in junior middle schools and the influence of information construction on teaching activities.From the investigation,it is analyzed there are a series of implementation problems of school information construction,such as backward allocation standards of education technological equipment,weak teaching environment and resource construction,hidden dangers in school information security,low intelligent level of campus service and campus management system,and untimely maintenance of information equipment.At the same time,it is found that teachers lack the awareness of information security in the application of information technology,the informationalized growth and application of teachers need to be strengthened,and students lack the awareness of informatization,attribution analysis of these problems was made according to the literature.Based on the literature and the administrative documents of education,this study puts forward suggestions for improving the informatization of junior middle schools in X District of H City from six aspects: The educational administration introduces the "two independent management and one All-in budget" to solve the financial matter and the problems of personnel employment;Organizing local schools to learn from the smart education demonstration area;Updating the configuration standard of information equipment in time at different levels;Facilitating the collaboration between schools and system integration enterprises according to the needs of schools.The school added information management posts to realize "enterprise management and school employment";The school added teachers' information ability training and strengthened the construction and publicity of network security.Teachers need to change their teaching concept in time and cooperate with parents to encourage students to use electronic products after class.
