Informatization strategy is one of the important strategies of an enterprise.Like financial strategy,human resource strategy and product operation strategy,it can play a vital role in the development of an enterprise.Qingdao HengXing University of Science and Technology is a private university.After more than ten years of development,It is already in the forefront of similar colleges and universities in the province.On this basis,however,it also puts forward the strategic goal of building world famous schools.This paper aims to achieve this ambitious goal in cooperation with Qingdao HengXing University of Science and Technology.According to the overall strategy of the school and the current situation of the school's informationization,the informationization strategy of smart campus has been formulated.HengXing has realized digital campus after more than a dozen information construction.Meanwhile,the shortcomings and shortcomings of the traditional digital campus also show up.The difference in nature between private colleges and public universities has also become the disadvantage of private colleges in the process of information construction.This paper is mainly through the analysis of the forms of information strategy of colleges and universities at home and abroad,comparing the current situation of Qingdao HengXing University of Science and Technology 's information technology,and designing a suitable strategic plan for university's information technology--Intelligent Campus,hoping to provide strong support for Qingdao HengXing University of Science and Technology to achieve its ambitious strategic objectives through the planning and construction of intelligent campuses.Based on the overall analysis of the theory of intelligent campus informatization,this paper mainly adopts SWOT analysis method.Through the analysis of HengXing 's internal and external environment,combined with HengXing 's actual situation and strategic objectives,Qingdao HengXing University of Science and Technology wisdom campus information strategy is designed.It is hoped that through the implementation of smart campus,advanced information technologies such as cloud computing,big data and Internet of Things will be fully utilized to design and implement an open,diversified,humanistic wisdom,high efficiency,safety and harmony smart campus,which will provide strong support for the school to achieve its strategic development goals,and realize the process of teaching and scientific research,management and service,information and resources of teachers and students' life.All-round wisdom,in order to improve the quality of teaching,improve the level of personnel training,optimize the management process,improve work efficiency,improve the quality of service,improve the core competitiveness of the school,promote the school to achieve leapfrog development,and ultimately achieve the strategic objectives of the school.
