With the realization of justice at starting point in macroscopic scale,the justice in microcosmic scale further enters into researcher's vision,the pursuit of balance in high-quality resources as well as the emphasis on justice in schools gradually become the important direction of research.This research focuses on student's subjective sense of justice and mainly discusses three issues: the current status and characteristics of junior school student's sence of educational justice in five dimensions including respect to rights,allocation of resources,sharing of opportunities,interpersonal communication and institutional guarantee;the current relationships between the sence of educational justice and academic performance of junior school student as well as corresponding causes;and the measures to improve the sence of educational justice and academic performance of junior school student.The research is on the basis of Theory of Distributive Justice,Theory of Recognition,Theory of Cognition and Theory of Humanistic Learning as well as adopts documentary method,investigation method and case analysis.It collects information through the self-made sence of educational justice questionnaire firstly,then performs descriptive and statistical analysis on sence the of educational justice of junior school student in each dimension by SPSS.23,and analyzes the difference of junior school student's sence of educational justice in gender,household registration location,family background,school-running level and grade by using independent-samples t test,variance analysis and non-parametric test.And this paper carried out bivariate correlation related to the sense of educational justice and academic performance in junior school students.And the correlation between the sence of educational justice and academic performance of junior school students is verified through multivariate Logistic regression analysis.The results turn out that: Generally,junior school students have a strong sense of educational justice;and their sense of educational justice in the dimension of respect to rights is positively correlated with their academic performance;and the the sense of educational justice in the dimension of resource allocation is in the moderately positive correlation with academic performance;moreover,the sense of educational justice in the dimension of opportunity sharing is in the positive correlation with their academic performance significantly;as well as the sense of educational justice in the dimension of interpersonal communication is quite positive correlated with academic performance;while the correlation between the sense of educational justice in the dimension of institutional guarantee and academic performance is not obvious.Based on the research results,this paper argues from the positive and negative aspects to analyze the causes of incentives and recession of non-intellectual factors under the higher sense of educational justice,including six aspects of respect for rights,resource allocation,opportunity access,interpersonal communication,institutional guarantee and population variables.Meanwhile,it analyzes the recession,arousing and strengthening of non-intellectual factors from the above six aspects under the lower sense of educational justice.The thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in three aspects,including the efficient allocation of resources and reasonable formulation of regulations from school;the respect to students and individualized teaching from teachers;as well as the rational orientation and management of emotions from students.
