A new era of tourism professional development requirements and curriculum reform carried forward to the student main body of the development requirements,all be calling for reform of secondary vocational school education teaching work of external aspiration.In the process of training students for functional positions in the front line of tourism,vocational career planning,as a specialized education that connects school students with social occupation,is practical in teaching to meet the internal and external needs of students' development.Based on the original intention,it is found that experiential teaching is a teaching method that attaches importance to students' practical experience,arouses their emotional resonance,stimulates their learning motivation,and actively explores ways to solve problems,aiming to build a bridge for the combination of theory and practice.Experiential teaching has a huge development space in career planning teaching,which is in line with the development trend of The Times and the requirements of teaching reform.By combing relevant literature,this study constructs the significance of the effective implementation of experiential teaching in the career planning of tourism major in secondary vocational schools.And with the students of tourism major and career planning teachers of three secondary vocational schools in Nanjing as the research objects,the questionnaire method and interview method are used to collate and analyze the data of the teaching status quo,and summarize the main problems existing in the career planning teaching of tourism major in secondary vocational schools:(1)Students do not have a deep understanding of the meaning of the course;(2)The teaching experience of teachers is insufficient and the model is backward;(3)The teaching effect of the course is not significant and lack of practicality;(4)Schools lack an ideal environment for experiential teaching.In order to further improve the application of experiential teaching in tourism major of secondary vocational schools,this study provides improvement countermeasures from three levels of students,teachers and schools according to the investigation status.Among them,the student level mainly includes: change passive to active,cultivate positive learning attitude;Enhance the sense of professional identity in tourism.The teacher level includes:change the teaching idea;Improve the professional skills of teaching;Adopting diversified evaluation methods based on experience at the school level includes:ensuring the supply of resources that can be implemented in experiential teaching;Cultivating teaching ability of teachers Under the three principal aspects countermeasures to safeguard,this study completed the specific path of instructional design,combining tourism professional talents,four aspects from the target principle steps and content clear design ideas,make the teaching form of experiential career planning,to meet interest and career interests as the theme,combining theoretical ideas and practical application,design of specific teaching design paradigm.
