At present,tourism industry in our country is gradually entering a new stage of high-quality development.Affected by the COVID-19,the tourism industry is accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrading.As an important part of the reform of the tourism service supply side,tourism vocational education urgently needs to make adaptive adjustments to the high-quality development of the tourism industry alleviate and the shortage of tourism technology and skilled talents situation.At the same time,the government pays more attention to vocational education,and introduce more policies to improve the level of vocational education development.Vocational schools will surely assume a more important mission.Based on the advanced foreign experience and the achievements of our country’s vocational education for decades,its sure that "integration of production and education" is the only way to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational education modernization.Throughout the whole country ’ s tourism vocational education system,secondary vocational tourism students are an important module for the supply of talents in the tourism market,and in the vocational education curriculum system for tourism majors in secondary vocational schools,the Career Planning course meets the needs of tourism enterprise talent cultivation,but in teaching practice,the low participation of tourism companies,the single-traditional school teaching model,the weak force of career teachers and the lack of experience in the tourism industry affect the release of the market value of the Career Planning course.This research is guided by the needs of tourism companies,comprehensively adopting the literature method,survey method and interview method.The questionnaire was distributed to the students majoring in tourism in a secondary vocational school in Changsha,Hunan,and interviews were conducted with the heads of tourism companies and career teachers in the school.The research,combing and summarizing the teaching status of Career Planning in the tourism major of the secondary vocational college,then digging into the deep-seated reasons,and finally putting forward specific suggestions from the perspective of the school,the enterprise,and the family.First,the school needs to carry out the upgrading of the curriculum,strengthen the link with the tourism industry,accelerate the cultivation and construction of the "dual-professional" faculty,and improve the teaching quality of the Career Planning course;guide tourism companies to deeply integrate into the school’s Career Planning development and teaching activities,to effectively guarantee the "integration of production and education",effectively reverse the disconnection of the school’s teaching model from market demand and other situations,focusing on students’ actual operation and personal experience;in terms of teaching evaluation,the introduction of outstanding tourism companies to implement professional evaluation and addition The evaluation dimension is to transform the single paper examination evaluation method.Second,companies should participate in the creation of teaching bases and teaching experiment sites,optimize job scenarios,extensively carry out campus activities for outstanding companies,organize workplace experience weeks on a regular basis,and invite professional managers to share their career history and help the construction of tourism clubs.Large-scale related events to help students understand the content of the job.Third,the family should deeply intervene in the teaching process of Career Planning for students,actively participate in the teaching practice organized by the school,and understand students’ hobbies and cognitions and opinions on tourism careers in various ways to help children recognize and choose early career development path.By helping tourism companies deeply participate in the teaching process of Career Planning,continue to optimize the original single classroom teaching mode,form a diversified teaching mode of co-construction,consultation and sharing,and promote the realization of secondary vocational tourism education and tourism enterprises Integrate and symbiotic development,with a view to cultivating high-quality,high-quality,and high-skilled middle-level tourism talents,and contribute more to the realization of a win-win cooperation between the tourism industry and vocational education.
