In recent years,national policy documents have repeatedly mentioned the need to train family education instructors,but the professionalization of family education instructors is still one of the most important issues in the construction of my country's family education and guidance service system at this stage.As the country clearly proposes to improve teachers' "family education and guidance ability",at the same time,teachers have the most conditions because they have multi-disciplinary knowledge,good communication skills,understand students,facilitate contact with parents,and have certain authority and other advantages.Become a group of professional family education instructors.Therefore,it is very necessary to clarify what abilities teachers should have in the process of family education and guidance,which is necessary to improve the quality of teachers themselves,improve the professional level of family education instructors,and then improve the quality of family education and guidance.This research has consulted relevant literature on family education guidance,teachers' home education guidance ability,teacher ability evaluation index construction and interviews with 8 frontline primary school teachers.Through the three-level coding of the interview data,it has initially constructed four first-level indicators.,13 second-level indicators,44 third-level indicators of primary school teachers' home education guidance ability evaluation indicators.According to the index content,an expert consultation form was prepared,and 12 experts were invited to evaluate the importance of the index and give suggestions for modification.The consultation was conducted in two rounds.The importance of each level of index was assigned a value of not less than 4 and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.25 as the index.The screening criteria were revised and improved for all levels of indicators.When the expert opinions reached an agreement,the consultation ended,and finally a primary school teacher family composed of 4 first-level indicators(cognitive ability,management ability,communication ability and development ability),13 second-level indicators,and 41 third-level indicators was determined Educational guidance ability evaluation index table,and according to the second round of experts to assign the importance of the index,determine the weight of each index.Through research,the evaluation index table of primary school teachers' home education guidance ability containing 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 41 third-level indicators has been determined,the weight coefficients of indicators at all levels have been determined,and the construction of indicators including first-level indicators and second-level indicators has been established.The evaluation index system of primary school teachers' home education guidance ability is composed of four parts: level index,level 3 index,and index weight coefficient of all levels.In the process of determining the index weight coefficients,it was found that the weights of the primary indicators in the primary school teachers' home education and guidance ability were ranked from high to low into development ability,management ability,cognitive ability and communicative ability.The top five ranked by weight in the secondary indicators are professional knowledge(0.101),problem-solving ability(0.100),evaluation ability(0.099),emotional ability(0.098)and organizational ability(0.095).Among the three-level indicators,the highest weight coefficient is 0.026.There are 5 indicators in total,which are "Able to scientifically and reasonably select and effectively use a variety of guidance methods","Able to clearly understand the content of family guidance required at different ages"," Can effectively organize family education and guidance activities","can provide solutions to the problems raised by the guidance object","can listen to the feedback of the guidance object and adjust the guidance behavior in time".Through research,it is found that among the first-level indicators,the sum of the weights of development capability(0.295)and management capability(0.268)is more than half,and three of the top five indicators in the order of importance of the second-level and third-level indicators are all derived from the development capability.Under the two first-level indicators and management ability,it shows that these two abilities are more important in the process of primary school teachers' home education and guidance.Primary school teachers themselves should pay more attention to the improvement of these two abilities.The school is carrying out the improvement of primary school teachers' home education and guidance ability.The training process also focuses on the cultivation of these two abilities,in order to achieve the effect of carrying out training activities.Improve the home education and guidance ability of primary school teachers from both the teachers themselves and the school training,and then promote the improvement of the level and quality of home education and guidance.
