Research On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Teaching Ability Of Physical Education Teachers In Primary Schools In Hangzhou

A systematic evaluation of the teaching ability of physical education teachers can not only help physical education teachers find their own shortcomings,but also provide a reference for the optimization of physical education teachers' teaching ability.However,there is almost no research on the evaluation index system of primary school physical education teachers' teaching ability.Reading relevant literature,most of the physical education teachers' teaching ability evaluation is for junior high school or university.In order to provide an effective reference for the primary school physical education teachers in Hangzhou to help the teaching ability of primary school physical education teachers in Hangzhou,this research mainly uses the literature method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method and analytic hierarchy process to study the primary school physical education teachers.The teaching ability evaluation index system was studied.The evaluation index of the teaching ability of primary school physical education teachers in Hangzhou was qualitatively and quantitatively selected.After the experts gave weight to each index,the weights of each index were calculated.The main research results of this study are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of teaching ability of primary school physical education teachers in Hangzhou was constructed,and three first-level indicators and their weights were determined,which were pre-class preparation ability of 0.2544,classroom implementation ability of 0.6300,and after-school reflection ability of 0.1156.Among them,the ability to implement the classroom is the most important,and the weight of the ability to reflect after class is the smallest.(2)Fourteen secondary indicators and their weights were determined,which were teaching design ability 0.0938,teaching strategy development ability 0.0599,teaching mode control ability 0.0418,venue equipment preparation ability 0.0276,academic analysis ability 0.0312,teaching organization Measure ability 0.1408,teaching process realization ability 0.1597,teaching execution ability 0.1329,intuitive method application ability 0.0651,language method application ability 0.0833,prevention and error correction method application ability 0.0482,analysis teaching activity ability 0.0529,teaching research and innovation ability 0.0297,lesson After the summary ability of 0.0330.And forty-two three-level indicators.(3)According to the evaluation index system of the teaching ability of primary school physical education teachers in Hangzhou,the “Hangzhou Primary School Physical Education Teachers' Teaching Ability Evaluation Scale” has been developed,and the analytic hierarchy process has been used to calculate the weights of the indicators in the table.The weighting factor of the indicator.
