Research On The Construction Of The Evaluation Index System Of Teaching Ability Of Excellent Physical Education Normal Students In Jiangsu

Research Purpose:Since the state issued the "Excellent Teacher Training Plan",the universities have explored and practiced how to train normal university students to become the reserve talents of excellent teachers.Yangzhou university and others have also carried out the "Excellent Physical Education Teacher Training Plan",which scientifically evaluates the quality of the "Excellent Physical Education Teacher Training Plan" by establishing the evaluation index system of the teaching ability of physical education normal university students under the excellent teacher training plan of Jiangsu province.Research Purpose:The evaluation index system of teaching ability training of excellent physical education normal college students in Jiangsu province was preliminarily worked out by consulting relevant literature and interviewing relevant fields.Then the experts were investigated and interviewed,and the preliminary evaluation indexes were selected,supplemented and modified by Delphi method,and the evaluation index system of teaching ability training of excellent physical education normal college students in Jiangsu province was established.Furthermore,the first-line physical education teachers in Jiangsu province were given questionnaires,and empirical research was conducted to determine the rationality of the evaluation index.Research results:(1)The evaluation index system of teaching ability training fo excellent physical education normal college students in Jiangsu Province includes three first level indexes:subject knowledge,professional skills and emotional attitude.General knowledge,professional knowledge education,sports discipline knowledge,teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,athletic ability,education scientific research ability,teaching evaluation and reflection ability,ability of handling crisis,class management ability,influence and radiation ability,the professional attitudes,values,physical and mental health,self development and improve ability of 15 secondary indexes and 41 three-level indicators.The coordination coefficient is 0.455,P<0.01.(2)Through the empirical study of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Jiangsu province,the recognition degree of most indicators reached more than 90%,and that of a few indicators reached more than 85%.(3)In terms of the weight of each first-level index,subject knowledge accounts for 32%,professional skillsfor 35%,emotional attitudefor 33%,and the weight of second-level index and third-level index is determined.Research conclusions:(1)The evaluation index system of teaching ability training of excellent physical education normal college students in Jiangsu Province consists of 3 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 41 third-level indicators.(2)The empirical study of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Jiangsu province proves that the evaluation index system of teaching ability training of excellent physical education normal college students in Jiangsu provinceconstructed in this study is feasible.(3)The teaching ability of excellent physical education teachers is not only to effectively impart physical education knowledge and skills to students,but also to have extensive knowledge,awareness of advancing with The Times and the ability to constantly improve themselves.
