With the rapid development of social economy and technology,the arrival of the knowledge economy,lifelong learning,the information age,and the vigorous development of my country's tourism industry,the tourism industry's requirements for the quality of tourism talents continue to increase,with the goal of cultivating students' core professional qualities and deepening vocational education Curriculum reform is imperative.Combining the needs of enterprise employers and the needs of sustainable development of secondary vocational students,under the guidance of the education concept of professional core literacy,the reform and optimization of secondary vocational tourism professional courses are the needs of social development and the inherent requirement of talent training.Taking the courses of secondary vocational tourism students as the research object,using a combination of questionnaire survey method and interview method to develop an understanding of the relationship between vocational core literacy and curriculum construction in secondary vocational colleges,so as to better improve the secondary vocational tourism major Courses to meet the needs of modern enterprises for the abilities of secondary vocational graduates and to meet their own requirements for quality education of students.First of all,this thesis studies the related literature of professional core literacy and secondary vocational curriculum system,and defines the concepts and definitions of professional core literacy and vocational core literacy of secondary vocational students.Secondly,take the students of the secondary vocational tourism major of Nanjing S School as the subject of questionnaire survey,and conduct surveys and interviews with the teachers of the corresponding secondary vocational school and the personnel of related enterprise units as the interview objects,and analyze the current professional core literacy of the tourism major of the secondary vocational school.The current training situation aims to understand the core professional qualities that secondary vocational students should possess and the problems existing in the current curriculum construction of secondary vocational tourism.Through investigation and research,the effect of vocational core literacy training of secondary vocational students in S school is average,and it is still necessary to strengthen the training of vocational core literacy of secondary vocational students.In terms of curriculum construction,the following questions are summarized and drawn: First,the curriculum objectives have not penetrated into the educational philosophy of professional core literacy.Second,the curriculum lacks rationality.Third,the curriculum design method is traditional and outdated.Fourth,the course evaluation method is single and so on.Finally,combined with the problems found in the investigation and research,based on the concept of professional core literacy,this thesis puts forward corresponding measures to arouse the attention of educators to the professional core literacy of secondary vocational students.First,integrate professional core literacy into the curriculum goals;second,advocate the concept of "wide basis and flexible modules" in the curriculum setting;third,actively use situational teaching methods in curriculum design,and fourth,adopt diversified curriculum evaluation Oriented evaluation method.With a view to putting forward constructive suggestions from the dimensions of curriculum goals,curriculum settings,curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation,the education concept of cultivating the professional core literacy of secondary vocational students will run through the entire process of curriculum optimization.
