The development of the new curriculum reform and the introduction of core literacy put forward higher requirements for the development of education and teaching in China,and clearly pointed out the new standards for the education and teaching work in China to establish a talented person and cultivate a comprehensive development.As a key part of China's education system,secondary vocational education bears the important task of promoting education fairness,improving the quality of the labor force,and training professional labor talents for the society.Therefore,we must keep abreast of the requirements of the times,strengthen teaching practice and research in the new round of curriculum reform,and actively respond to the new requirements put forward by the state and society on personnel training in secondary vocational schools.Starting from the teaching design,we should actively play the guiding role of the core literacy system in the teaching design,and pay attention to strengthening the cultivation of students'core literacy by optimizing the teaching design.This study takes this as a starting point,and makes a thorough study on the teaching design of the core course of enterprise administration in secretarial specialty of secondary vocational school.By using the method of literature research,we can grasp the core literacy system of Chinese students'development,the teaching theory of reference science and the advanced teaching research results.Combining the teaching standards of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools,the characteristics and needs of secretarial students in secondary vocational schools,and the characteristics of enterprise administration discipline.This paper puts forward the principles and requirements of teaching design of enterprise administration course for secretarial major in secondary vocational schools based on core literacy.With the methods of interview and classroom observation,this paper investigates the teaching design work and the use of teaching design of the teachers in the course of enterprise administration of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools.Combining with the analysis of the teaching design plan of the teachers,it finds and sums up the main problems existing in the teaching design of enterprise administration course of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools.Finally,based on the analysis of textbooks,the integration of core literacy,and the overall optimization of teaching design,the teaching design of enterprise administration course for secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools based on core literacy is formed.This paper provides some practical help and theoretical reference for the teaching and research work of the teachers in the course of enterprise administration of secretarial specialty in Vocational schools.
