Sports school refers to the professional school which is set up according to the setting standards stipulated by theauthoritiesand approved by the Ministry of Education to cultivate the secondary education level and reserve strength of sports.Under the mode of combination of sports and education,students in sports schools study culture classes in class in the morning,and carry out special training under the guidance of coaches at other times.Class collective construction in sports schools is different from ordinary middle schools.Class collective participation in sports schools is diversified,student groups are relatively special,training and competition tasks are heavy,class collective construction is relatively difficult.Moreover,there is little theoretical research on class collective construction in sports schools,which is not paid enough attention in practice and the function of class collective is not fully exerted.Under the background of the combination of sports and education,the study of class collective construction in sports schools can not only enrich the theory of class collective construction,but also provide countermeasures for class collective construction in sports schools,which has important theoretical significance and practical value.In view of this situation,taking Class N,Grade 17,as an example,the author made a systematic study on the collective construction of class in the background of the combination of sports and education in sports schools by adopting various methods such as literature review,interview,questionnaire survey and case study.First of all,the paper puts forward the unique value and special goal of class collective construction in Sports School under the background of combination of sports and education.Based on the practice of class collective construction in K City,the paper expounds the current situation of class collective construction in sports school,and focuses on the in-depth analysis of some outstanding characteristics in the construction of class collective in sports school,such as the embedded management body of coaches,strengthening the task orientation of class management,and weak academic level The group characteristics of training and competition restrict the self-improvement of the class;the active and affectionate personality strengthens the unique group cohesion;the normal life style of training and competition restricts the sense of order of class construction.Secondly,by means of interviews and questionnaires,this paper reveals the problems existing in the construction of class collective,such as the unclear objectives and systems of class collective construction,the insufficient synergy of class collective management,the lack of time and atmosphere for cultural class learning,and the low recognition and participation of students in the orderly construction of class collective.Finally,in view of the problems existing in class collective construction under the background of combination of sports and education,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from four aspects: do a good job in the reasonable design of class collective construction;correctly handle the relationship between learning and training,and truly realize the combination of Physical Education and physical education;give full play to the joint efforts of educators as the main body of communication,and construct the leadership advantage of class collective construction of physical education school;close to physical education The characteristics of school learning and growth,creating a good class learning environment,provide a reference for the construction of class collective in the background of combination of sports and education.
