Class collective is the basic unit of students' study and life,an important factor affecting class development and personal growth,and an important channel for pupils' individual socialization;the primary school stage is also an important stage for the formation of behavior habits,physical and mental development,and laying a good foundation for entering junior high school,and the class collective's influence on it cannot be underestimated."Children's skill cultivation method" is a method to solve the short-term treatment application education based on the focus.Its concept is not to pay attention to students' problems,only to pay attention to the new skills that students need to learn,so that students can master skills in cooperation and play,and easily develop "growth thinking".The purpose of this paper is to take class a of a primary school in Haicheng as a case,apply the method of action research to the collective construction of this class,change the common problems of the class,the common problems of the group and the individual problems of the students by learning different skills at the class level,the group level and the individual level,so as to improve the relationship between the students in the class,Improve class cohesion,and then achieve the goal of "the best class collective".There are seven parts in this study:the first part is the introduction;the second part is the literature review;the third part is the research design;the fourth part is the implementation process of "children's skill cultivation method" in class collective construction;the fifth part is the implementation process of children's skill cultivation method to promote class collective construction;the sixth part is the conclusion;the seventh part is the suggestions.First,highlight the purpose and significance:Based on the analysis of literature and empirical data,observe and analyze the current situation of class collective construction of a primary school in Haicheng,and gradually change teachers' understanding of class collective construction and explore effective strategies for class collective construction in practice through the training of teachers' concepts and methods of "children's skill cultivation method",Finally,it can find a simple,easy and practical application mode of children's skill cultivation method in class collective construction for teachers,and lay a foundation for the realization of students' healthy growth.Second,focus on process and method:in view of their own teaching practice and carding of core issues,in order to change the status quo and make research more valuable,action research is the best research method,in a series of benign research processes of planning,action,observation and reflection,as well as re planning,reaction,re observation and re reflection,Through interview,observation,recording and other ways to collect and sort out data,constantly modify behavior to make it closer to the goal,and finally achieve their own research ideal.Third,focus on conclusions and recommendations:Conclusion:(1)the primary school class collective construction is at a low level in the total score and the scores of each dimension;there are significant differences in the class collective construction of different age groups,the low age group<the middle age group<the high age group.(2)The class construction plan made by using the principles and methods of children's skill cultivation method is effective and can be popularized.Recommendation:(1)Change the concept of teachers' traditional management of class,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in class management.(2)Use more praise to improve students' self-confidence(3)Innovate and carry out colorful class activities to promote the healthy growth of students(4)Strengthen the deep cooperation between home and school to promote the healthy growth of students...
