In order to improve the quality of talent training and cultivate innovative talents that meet the requirements of the new era,various colleges and universities in China have established innovative class collectives.As the basic unit of students’ administrative organization and spiritual belonging,the class collective is very important for the realization of students’ development and training goals.Based on the key role of interactive rituals in the construction of class collectives,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the types,core contents and results of interactive rituals in innovative class collectives,in order to provide reference for the construction of innovative class collectives in colleges and universities.Based on the theory of interactive ritual chain,this paper uses the literature method,interview method,observation method and other specific research methods,and takes the class of outstanding teacher fostering project of H University(referred to as “Outstanding Teacher Class”)as a case study of an innovative class group.Through qualitative analysis and multi-angle mutual verification of physical objects,texts,images,interview content and observation records,it is found that the “Outstanding Teachers Class”has rich types of interactive rituals.There are teacher-student interaction ceremony,student-student interaction ceremony and teacher-teacher interaction ceremony from the main body.There are interactive ceremonies for talent selection,theme class meetings,professional growth,professional competitions and colorful life.From the method,there are online interactive ceremonies and on-site interactive ceremonies;and from the field,there are in-class and out-of-class interactions,and intra-school interactions and off-campus interactions.The characteristics of these interactive rituals are deeply integrated group aggregation,internal and external identities with clear boundaries,common concern with excellence as the core,and emotional energy that continues to iteratively strengthen;the key factors are clear class goals,a complete classes System,excellent project team;the operation mechanism is expressed as a chain interaction ceremony based on multi-subject,multi-link emotional transmission and resonance.Further,,judging from the results of the interactive ceremony of the “Outstanding Teachers Class”,the interactive ceremony produced the collective unity of the class and the collective symbol of the class,which prompted the members to form a collective moral sense of the class and promoted the individual to develop the spirit of excellence and practice the power of excellence.However,at the same time,the “Outstanding Teacher Class” also has problems such as excessive frequency of interactive ceremonies,insufficient coordination of multiple subjects,and fatigue of individual excitement.In view of the problems existing in the “Outstanding Teacher Class”,it is suggested to strengthen the frequency management of interactive ceremonies;to add interactive ceremonies between two tutors;to establish a warm-keeping mechanism for emotional energy.At the same time,according to the analysis of the interactive ceremony of the “Outstanding Teacher Class”,it is suggested to raise awareness in the collective construction of innovative classes,and pay attention to the role of the interactive ceremony in the construction of the class collective;class members’ organizational identification with the innovative class collective;be creative and form the high-quality characteristics of the innovative class collective interactive ceremony;standardize the form and enhance the effectiveness of the interactive ceremony for the innovative class collective construction.
