With the increasing maturity of information technology and the continuous development of learning science,Synergistic learning has gradually become the focus of attention in the fields of educational technology,information science,etc.What researchers have basically reached is that Synergistic learning can promote the improvement of the discipline core quality and the overall quality of students,and more and more front-line educators are engaged in the specific practical work of collaborative learning.However,the effective intervention is absent,it is very difficult for each element of our teaching system to "cooperate" and realize truly effective Synergistic learning.Therefore,according to the characteristics of Synergistic learning,it is very necessary to integrate effective intervention measures with reasonable teaching mode and instructional design.This research in the study of a large number of literature theory,on the basis of the model of stratified circulation as a probe into the main mode of Synergistic learning,guided by the theory basis of hierarchical cycle model,script role as the main mode of cooperative group learning,designing Synergistic learning activities,and carry out the corresponding teaching cases,and optimize the defects,The purpose of this study is to apply the hierarchical cycle model in high school biology teaching to promote Synergistic learning to provide some reference value.In this paper,the theoretical basis and concept of "Synergistic learning","layered cycle model" and "Synergistic knowledge construction" are studied and defined by the research review.And on this basis,adopt corresponding theoretical basis of Synergistic knowledge construction,design Synergistic learning activity process,research method,comparison method is adopted,choose three learning class,similar to that of a high school in Nanjing,Jiangsu province high class(4)and high class(6)as experimental group,high(9)as the control class in the traditional teaching,After the implementation of the corresponding teaching cases in Class 4,Grade 1,defect analysis was carried out,and the optimized teaching cases were implemented in Class6,Grade 1,to test the optimization effect.The layered cycle model includes the layered design model and the cyclic implementation model.Implement specific actions of the layered design model driven by the script role in a small loop of the cyclic implementation model.After each small cycle,the class is broken up and reorganized in an orderly manner,and a new Synergistic learning group is formed to continue the next small cycle.When all the small cycles are completed,the big cycle in the circular implementation model will be realized,and relevant optimization suggestions on the implementation of Synergistic learning will be accumulated in the process of practical teaching.Finally,the results of teaching practice are analyzed by stage defect analysis,students' paper-and-pencil tests and Synergistic learning records during the implementation of hierarchical cyclic model.The defects of teaching implementation process are analyzed and summarized from three aspects: teaching design,learning process and learning evaluation.The paper and pencil test results show that the average score of the class with the layered cyclic model is higher than that of the control class.Moreover,through the analysis of group learning records,it is found that the Synergistic level of students in the experimental class has been improved,which indicates that the application of script role in the hierarchical cycle model can promote the Synergistic learning of students.
