With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge innovation and technological innovation will be the key factors to determine the status of a country in international competition.Therefore,the cultivation of innovative talents has become the top priority in the affairs of each country.In order to cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability,education reforms is continuously deepened in our country.The new curriculum standards advocacy as class teaching should be reversed from "teachercentered" model of teacher's speaking and students' listening and remembering to the model of teacher-led and student-centered with teacher and student participating in together,emphasizing student's self-learning and inquiry learning.The interactive teaching pattern of the hierarchy is found as an effective teaching model to meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard by retrieving literature and consulting relevant information.At present,this model is mainly used in mathematics,chemistry,politics eteal,but seldom in biology teaching.So the hierarchical interactive teaching method was explored in this paper which was actually suitable for biology in high school with studying related theories and drawing lessons from relevant teaching cases and combining with the characteristics of biology.This study was conducted at the Second Senior High School in Guangshan County,Henan Province.With the methods of literature research and experience summarization,a hierarchical interactive teaching model was eventually formed with teacher's problems leading,student's self-learning,student groups discussion,students' hierarchical displaying of results,summarization,and evaluation.And the corresponding teaching cases were given for the new teaching and experimental classesIn order to explore the implementation effect of the hierarchical interactive teaching model,6 classes with the equivalent level of learning 6 in the upper semester and the last semester of the senior two were selected,and 3 classes were selected to carry out the interactive teaching method for the experimental class,and the other 3 classes used the traditional teaching methods for the control class.After a year's experimental study,the statistics and analysis of students' midterm and final grades can be obtained.The setting of the five basic links of the hierarchical interactive teaching model is scientific.The implementation of this model can not only improve the students' learning habits,make the students learn from passive acceptance to active thinking,but also enable the underachievers in learning to experience achievements in the classroom.It has realized the improvement of the overall academic performance of the class At the same time,through a questionnaire survey to the students of the experimental group,the results showed that most of the students can actively participate in the group discussion of the interactive teaching mode.Through cooperative learning,they can stimulate their desire for exploration and creative thinking.They are no longer afraid of the problems,and can do positive thinking and try to answer them The hierarchical interactive teaching model accords with the spirit of "autonomy,cooperation and inquiry" advocated by the new curriculum standard,which can stimulate the students' interest in learning and the autonomy of learning,and cultivate the students' creative thinking and language expression ability.In addition,there are some problems in the teaching practice,such as the conflict between interactive time and teaching time,the conflict between the teacher's knowledge reserve and the increasing autonomy of the students,the conflict between the high degree of freedom and the discipline of students in the classroom.In view of these problems,this paper putted forward corresponding suggestions respectively,in order to improve the implementation effect of hierarchical interactive teaching mode..
